Thorough, dedicated and friendly! We had an extensive ant problem that was taking over our house, garage, front porch, everywhere. We were hesitant to call in pest control because we didn’t want to sign a contract for long-​term service for a problem we had never encountered before in our home. I was also caring for a litter of young kittens at the time and was concerned about chemicals in the home. I called and spoke to Carrie, who was very helpful and friendly; explaining to me why we likely had ants and how they establish their little «ant community» around our home. Casey visited the first time, and was thorough, careful and reassuring. And all without a contract.
Thus, the ant saga began, and over multiple visits, all at no additional charge to us because of the 30 day guarantee, they were slowly able to reduce the number of ants until there were none at all. The amount of time, gas, and supplies that they used to trek out to my house on multiple visits must have been far above and beyond what I paid for the service.
I make every effort to spend my money locally and with family-​owned businesses that treat each individual as a neighbor and not a number. This is exactly what Gold Miner did. Each time I called to say that, yet again, the ants appeared to have the upper hand, I received a call back within a few hours and a technician at my house within 48 hours (that very same day, if I asked .)

Had Clark before. All they tried to do was HUSTLE you for a year contract. Expensive, ok service but I’m not even sure they showed up yet sent me a bill. I got concerned when they said they came by and sprayed my deck. First, I live in a gated community and they needed me to call first and didn’t …second I don’t have a deck. So thinking they were just sending bills and not showing up I terminated service with a big hassle from the manager.
GOLD MINER is a complete delight. No hustle, less expensive, they show up and leave receipt on site and they return calls prompty.
This is a family run business and the service is outstanding with better prices than Clark. VERY HAPPY.
