Lighthouse Real Estate

As a real estate professional myself, it is refreshing to be able to work with others who are like-​minded. Whether buying or selling, there are most always 2 sides to a transaction, and I can rest assured that when working with anyone from lighthouse they will be just as prompt and informed as myself (which makes my job easier). Having lived in Colfax for 3 years now I have met several happy customers of Jim and Stephanie’s. All were happy with the results obtained by using them. For myself, I was very impressed by their ethical practices. When I first met Jim and Stephanie we were at a fundraiser and a new home buyer was in the crowd. With all 3 of us thinking it was eachothers client we were very careful to respect the other party. Turns out the client didn’t belong to any of us, but that night we forged a lifelong respect for eachother professionally. We always hear horror stories about client poaching, arm twisting etc… you will never hear that with these guys. And if I wasn’t selling homes myself I would definately reccomend them… and still will if I need another party to represent the other side of a transaction.
