We bought an older Airstream so we need to replace and repair many things. I found the prices at Out of Doors Mart are much less than Airstream Supply and the delivery is unbelievably fast. We live in SW Florida, I don’t know how we would be able to restore our Airstream without this supplier. Thanks for making 40 year old parts available.

I walked in looking for a salesman to sell me a trailer and drive away with an airstream. We don’t look poor and no one spoke with us for ANHOUR! We even told a salesman what we were looking for and he pointed me in the right direction… eh. I guess these people aren’t working on commissions… and I guess management doesn’t want to make money. Oh well. On to the next one.

We came in there with a pre-approved amount from our credit union. Daryl in sales claimed we needed more money($ 10,000 more) from our credit union and only claimed our 2005 trailer was worth only $ 6,000 for a trade in. What we were approved for was over $ 20,000. We called our credit union after dealing with this salesman Daryl and their competitor across the freeway and found that both RV dealerships lied about the value of our trailer. According to our credit union our trailer is worth $ 15,000. In a nutshell these in our opinion dishonest dealerships wanted more money from us than we were approved for and to rip us off on our trailer. In fact Daryl claimed he couldn’t help us, the reason why he couldn’t help us is because he couldn’t nor Out-of Doors Mart couldn’t help themselves to our bank account, and he wasn’t being honest. We basically exposed him and he politely asked us to leave. We have seen this before with the car dealerships out here and it makes us thankful and proud not to be residents here. Because as it has been proven repeatedly that there are too many shady businesses out here in this neck of the woods. Our advise is to go out of state and buy at more reputable places.

I live in California, so I only deal with this company online. I’m always surprised at the replacement parts they have in stock and how fast they get here. I paid for my last order and received an email a few days later for a 3 dollar refund. Turns out it was cheaper to ship than they thought so they refunded me the difference. Thought that kind of honesty was worth a good review. Happy camping! :)

I do not recommend this business. My husband and I walked around the lot and even went into the showroom for at least an hour, and not a single employee even acknowledged our existence. So much for spending our cash for an Airstream here. There was a sales associate helping some people and we crossed paths with in the lot, but still not even a glance in our direction.

We drive for 4 hours to make sure we use ODM for our Airstream supplies and repairs. Michael, Tim, Ricky, Terry, John, and all the rest of the shop staff have done great things on our 1999 Excella 1000. They’ve replaced the A/C and a rear cap panel with expertise and grace. The parts desk is the best on the East Coast.

Only airstream dealer around, unfortunately their inventory is limited and their owner/sales staff are not that friendly.
