It is late in the afternoon on Thanksgiving weekend when I called the number in the Magazine. I was delightfully surprised when a very nice Girl answered on the 2nd ring. I had been trying to subscribe on the internet and needed help. She was so nice and professional. She had all my problems solved in minutes and I felt lucky to get help not only on a Holiday but from a really Great person with outstanding people skills.
