McLean, VA
I have used this BB&T branch location many times in recent years and can recommend it highly. The staff stick around and they provide excellent service with one notable exception. The teller supervisor deserves a five star rating — he is exceptional, remembers customer’s names, and goes out of his way to make sure that the customer feels like they are appreciated. There only reason I can’t give this location a 5 star rating is that there is one male teller who works in this location who has made mistakes on deposits.
