The service at this Burger King is atrocious. The employees appear to have a difficult time hearing, becoming surly when you correct their mistakes. Too many times I’ve left rather than desk with the possibility that something awful might happen, like something extra in the food.

So I had a coupon for two Jr. Whoppers and 2 fries for $ 3.99, which I ordered along with 2 cheeseburgers and 2 cherry icees. I got everything but the fries. I was about 3 miles out when I realized that the fries were missing so I looked inside of the bag and outside of the bag for the receipt to call the restaurant. There was no receipt! I drove back and upon return I informed them that my 2 orders of fries were missing. I also let them know that the drink that the icee I was taking to a family member had melted because the icee was practically all liquid and not frozen. They asked for it back and I requested a Sprite with no ice as I was taking the meal to someone. Don’t you know that they took so long that they returned with my fries and failed to give me the Sprite? I was practically 8 minutes away when I realized the Sprite was missing! Still no receipt! I tried calling 3 times and kept getting a busy signal. Fast forward to returning to be reimbursed or credited for what I bought but didn’t receive and the ghetto manager refuses to return my money or credit me because I didn’t have a receipt that they didn’t give me! I showed my bank statement as it is the only receipt I got, but this is it for this shag of a restaurant! I won’t be going back and corporate will get a nice phone call and letter in the morn!!! I let them know

Service was slow because they were busy, but they were very apologetic about it. Food was good in both taste and temperature, and our order was correct. I have no complaints except that because it was so busy, it hasn’t been cleaned well, with people’s trash left on tables and a big mess of spills at the soda machine counter. We would definitely come here again the next time we are in town.

Food is cold, the bread tastes stale, the food tastes like it has been sitting for too long and my orders were wrong. I tried this location at least 3 different times and with 3 different sandwiches with the same results(I only order the sandwiches and bottles of water). I know it’s fast food but if you have the time and gas, please go to the one in Greenbelt/Lanham off 193. I have never had a problem with the food there.

Oh. This place… I went through the drive-thru, pulled up to the window, and the employee handed me the medium-sized orange Fanta I had ordered. As he did so, the cup cracked at the top lip where the lid attaches and poured all over me. I was able to avoid damage to my vehicle and contain all of the soda and ice in my lap. I remained good-humored about it. I asked for napkins to sop up the mess still sitting in my lap and he gave me some. He apologized, took the remainder of the drink back, and very carefully gave me what I thought was a different cup. After I paid and got the food I ordered, I drove away thinking I had a new, not-broken cup. Why on Earth would anyone give back the same broken cup? You know what’s coming… As I’m driving up I-95, I pick up my cup, and, since it was indeed in the same broken cup, it spilled all over me. This time I had to pay attention to driving rather than being able to focus on containing the spill, so I immediately had about a third of the drink soaking through my clothes and all over my car, on the shifter, the floor, the car seat, and even inside the front compartment below the A/C controls. I can excuse what seemed to be a simple mistake, but his failure to ensure the same thing did not happen twice is neglect at best. My car was an orange sticky mess, and the cleaning and detailing that my car required cost me $ 90. And looking back, he made me pay for my meal after spilling the drink on me(the first time)!

They refuse to take two orders at the drive thru window. This is because each order is timed and either two orders would take too much time or their POS system will not allow it. Other BK’s and fast food places will do it, but this location refuses every time. It’s a major headache. I usually just end up leaving without even being able to place an order.

As far as «fast» [whatever that means these days] food burgers, BK is def my go-to, but this location always seems to be soo extra. Dining in always is a decent experience the couple of times I’ve done it, but man… Drive thru is alwaayss a mess. I’ve literally waited in line for 20 minutes before. No, I was not pressed for BK, as you are probably wondering BUT there’s no way to back out or leave drive thru once a car pulls up behind you. I mean it’s BK and«fast» food, take it or leave it I guess…

It’s a Burger King, you’ve probably been to one and you either think it’s fine or it’s bad. I kind of prefer their burgers over McDonald’s, but they lose on the fries department. This particular location is always pretty damn quick at getting your food out which is always a treat. They also offer delivery which is kind of awesome, but I have yet to use it because there’s a $ 10 minimum.

This BK is terrible because they offer delivery to the UMD campus, but the driver doesn’t know how to get anywhere. I waited an hour until I called(I was given an estimate of 30 minutes) about my order, only to be told that it just left, and the driver had trouble finding my address the first time he left. The woman I spoke to said it would be only a little longer. 10 minutes later I get a call from the delivery guy; he has no idea where my address is again. I attempt to give him directions, but I ended up trying to explain to him what a round-about is, and how you can’t turn left at one to get to my place. I ask him where he is and he says he’s sitting in the BK parking lot still! Okay, whatever, it’s been over an hour, I’m hungry, so I just called the store to cancel my order. No apologies by the manager, just got hung up on. WHAT?! I wasn’t even yelling or mad, I was just hungry! Most delivery drivers CALLTHECUSTOMER if they are having trouble finding some place the FIRSTTIMEAROUND. Most drivers check mapquest or something before leaving on a delivery. Most managers don’t hang up on customers! Cool idea about BK Delivery, but really shitty execution.

I’ve been to this outlet a few times. I prefer driving through than eating in. The place needs to be cleaned up. The store offers a self serve drink bar with coffee. The service staff aren’t too friendly. The good thing with BK is you get a good deal with the receipt. Call in for a really short survey and get a free whopper with purchase of drink & fries.
