I purchase an isopure no carbs protein on 4÷18÷2015 from this GNC. Representative name is Frank. I’ve never used this protein and when I originally bought it Frank sold it to me and said it was a great product and that I would not be disappointed. Well I tried it for 20 days. Obviously is a 30 day supplies, there was at least 10 days left of protein when I came to exchange it or return it. I told franks wasn’t happy with the product, he just lifted the bottle did not open it to see how much was left and gave me a real nasty attitude saying what I’m I returning that there is nothing left. He did not asked why I didn’t like the product to make recommendations. He was just very nasty. I told him to read GNC return policies as obviously he has no knowledge of the stores policies or how to treat his customer. Told him I was a gold card member and that I have never returned any products as this is the first time I was not satisfied. I told him look up my account and see for yourself that I’ve never made any returns. I asked him for his manager phone number which he never gave me. I then called GNC customer service and file a complaint against this representative. I will never give my business to this store until Frank no longer works at this location. I ask customer service to provide me with a different GNC close to this one. So inconvenient that I now have to drive further just because the Rep has no manner on how to treat his customer. I rather drive far though than have to deal with unprofessional, bad manner people such as Frank. This deserves negative 10 star for being having the worst customer service ever and associate not complying with the 30 day return policy that the company provides. Don’t purchase anything from Frank.

Expensive. But worth it, It has all the vitamins I can think of.

I came here to purchase male enhancement pills (ExtenZe to be exact). I didn’t know which product that I wanted when I first gallivanted over here, and the customer service representative directed me to the most expensive thing. I thought to myself, «Hmm, I guess you ‘get what you pay for,’ right?» So I went ahead and purchased the ExtenZe, but I tried that joint out on my girlfriend at the time, and it didn’t do anything for me. She was disappointed. Male enhancement fail.
Another time, I came here with my gorilla juicehead weightlifting friend in pursuit of Optimum Gold Standard Whey protein powder. I like the double chocolate flavor. Oh and my friend is actually not dumb. He’s smart; he’s going to medical school in Jamaica.
I think this place closes at 7pm or something; anyways, we show up at like 6:30pm, and the dude is closing the place down?! Okay thanks; we’ll just go buy it on Amazon for less. Thanks no thanks, GNC.

Like any other typical GNC location. Place is filled with expensive vitamins and health products. The man working here is always helpful though when I’m in the mood to ask about any new products I’m curious about. It doesn’t hurt to ask for free samples too when you’re there. I always do. I normally stop by here once every few months to get vitamins or a protein product. I’ve never had a bad experience yet.
