Pizza Hut

WOW! Amazing. It’s similar to the cable company. We will be out there between the hours of ect. This place has a 2 hour pizza window. It was a tuesday noght early and i’m now at 1:47 minutes and the guy just called and didnt know where to go. They informed me anything the website site they don’t have to comply with even though i order via the web. Lame… Starving…it better at least taste ok… Thank god i like cold pizza.

I decided to order a pizza as me and my family watch the election results. I placed my order online with ease and once completed was told to go pick it up at that store 20 minutes later. I left ten minutes before my scheduled pick up time and arrived at the store which was empty with the clerk on a order on the phone. I waited patiently for her to finish. I used to work in customer service so I understand. When she completed the order I paid for mine and waited.
By the time she was done several people walked inside and placed an order. These people started getting their orders finished before mine and I placed my order online before I even arrived at the store. What kind of magic is this? I noticed employees just walking around idle. I ask the clerk what’s up with my order? I mean its 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up time and people who are walking in the door and ordering outright are getting their pizza except the guy who preordered. She yells for my order number and I take a sit. It finally comes up and it looked as if it may been sitting in the back but it was piping hot so hard to tell. Then had the nerve to ask me to make a donation. Please, not with this quality of service. The workers were «ghetto» and unprofessional. The establishment was bootleg. They didn’t even have a decent menu! They had sheets of white paper posted up with toppings and types of pizza written on them. Where do they do that at? I always get delivery so I never noticed the wretchedness that plagued this Pizza Hut. I’m looking into papa johns options for my next pizza run.
