Last time I went to a Ruby Tuesday, I was 10(I’m now 30). It’s come a long, long way from what it used to be. I’m health-conscious, so I loved that they had an up-to-date nutritional information brochure online with all macronutrient info. I ended up ordering blackened tilapia — 200 cals, 6 carbs, 30+ grams protein– and it was AMAZING. For the sides, I got roasted spaghetti squash and side salad. Put some fresh ground pepper and salt on spaghetti squash and it too was AMAZING. I’m really happy we decided to come in to dine. Wish I had taken a picture of my meal but I scarfed it down too quick, haha. Oh– and excellent service too. I think the server’s name was Kellen.

Came to Ruby Tuesday mainly because it was near our hotel. Our sever Paul was good. Unfortunately we placed our order at 7:06 pm and the food came an hour later. It was a chicken sandwich and chicken bella. We thought maybe they where busy but then we noticed that the people where sat and food in hand within twenty minutes. There where apologies or anything. Very unsatisfied today.

Came in for dinner and server told me 3 of the 5 air conditioner units are broke. Restaurant is about 80 degrees with floor fans running. Not a good way to operate a restaurant.

Normal faire at Ruby Tuesday, the service was good, the food was good, but nothing to really write home about. Came here because the restaurant across the street had a 1.5 hr wait and we were very hungry after a long day of traveling on planes. Would I come back here, yes, the food is consistent and the salad bar is always good.

Waited more than 30 minutes to be seated because host kept seating others before us. We watched and recorded 20+ people being seated ahead of us. None of them had reservations. Another guest had to interrupt the bad process and say something. When we stated the problem and how long it had been going on, the host didn’t apologize nor make arrangements to fix the problem. The only thing he said was«all right» when we walked out. Thank you to the other guest.

I had my heart set on a juicy burger and got exactly what I wanted. The prime smoke cheddar burger was delicious. Even though I prefer my burger well, it still came out perfect. The service was excellent also. I forgot to order onion rings instead of fries. The server quickly took care of it and brought the rings promptly. The Arnold Palmer was mixed perfectly. Not too sweet.

5 stars on service, steak and mash potatoes, and cheese sticks. Service was excellent. I love cheese, but not so into the mac n cheese or cheese fries. It seems like it’s mixed with mayo or something. I’m not sure. But like I said, I’m addicted to cheese and I don’t like the cheese fries or Mac n cheese. If the service had not been good, I would have given ¾ stars. Props to our amazing server with the great memory! ;)

Food was good. Good quality. But we waited about 30+ minutes for our check. They were crowded a bit, so that might be an issue.

Fantastic, friendly, courteous staff! Food was very good. The new baked Brussels sprouts side fish was yummy. Blondie for dessert. Just can’t say enough about the staff though. Great folks.

Went with a group of 7 with three of them being children. Waitress approached immediately took our drink order and our order. We didn’t get our drinks for about 20 minutes when we went to the hostess. They brought out the wrong appetizer but promptly fixed it. The food come out about 15 minutes after the drinks. Food was good I had the ribeye with baked potato and asparagus. The food was great well cooked and prepared. One person had the salmon which he enjoyed. What should have been a 45 min to an hour sitting took 2 hours. Great food, disappointing service.

I came in on a Friday night while staying in a hotel in the area on business. There are few restaurants in the area, so other than my hotel restaurant, there were virtually no choices. Service was mediocre, at best, and while my server was polite, I waited 10 minutes before he even took my drink order. The restaurant itself seemed dirty and unkept. The«new and improved salad bar» definitely had new items, but was disorganized and had numerous spills and evidence of neglect. When I ordered, to my surprise, I found that numerous items were not available(on a Friday night). The entire time I was there, a bunch of employees in big hats, laughing and clowning, occupied an entire section at the end of the restaurant. Someone who appeared to be a manager(the guy in the purple shirt in the photos) laughed and joked around with them the entire time. The cheese in my broccoli and cheddar soup had an odd smell about it and the broccoli was wilted. When it came time for me to leave, I waited nearly 15 minutes for my check. Next time I will go to my hotel restaurant. I recommend you do the same.

We walked from our hotel and found them close to closing, however we were warmly welcomed. We ordered the salad bar and I added Salmon. This was absolutely perfectly prepared and the salad was perfect and fresh. Since it was so late they were out of my desired dressing, however the prep cook made up some special just for me. And then she checked in on us at 10:30(closing time is 10) to be sure we had all we needed before she closed down the salad bar. Wonderful polite service. The table next to us water to order drinks after the bar had closed and their server made it happen.

Well everyone knows that southerners know how to do food, so I was unpleasantly surprised. After arriving in Atlanta after very long day I decide to forego seeking a local restaurant and went with the closest option, which has been great in the past. Not this location!!! I am not sure about giving one star, but must give it something. Where do I begin. When we arrived we were told there was a 20 minute wait. After looking around it was mainly because there were at least 10 tables that had not been cleared and no one seem to even care. When we finally got a table the waitress, bless her heart, was clueless. She did not know the basic bar menu. We ordered a blue moon an a pino gregio. She came back to say there was no pilot chilled, so I ordered a cabernet souvenion. She could not relay this to the bartender, so the bar tender had to come to the table. Turned out there was no cab available either. So I got something else. Did i mention that the blue moon came WITHOUT an orange slice. Now to the food.. .We ordered the new Orleans seafood something. After taking the first bite we determined it was garbage. We have had this in other cities and it was great. We also ordered a ceasar salad with salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly — bravo! The«salad» is another story. It had so much cheese and salad dressing you couldn’t see the lettuce. It was like salmon on top of soupy coleslaw. Ruby Tuesday needs to get their corporate team in this location an clean it up. There were so many other things we observed but I do not have the time to keep typing.

Service was great, but the entire place needs cleaned. As you walk thru the door there seems to be an Oder. Dingy atmosphere. Dirty glass and fork. Don’t think I will go back anytime soon.

Great phone response by a female in the bar. The rest of the bar service was mediocre. One pair of ladies left due to slow service and the bar was only half full. The food smelled nice, I’ll amend this review with food included.

You may ask your self! How do you mess up a chocolate Fudge Brownie. … Ruby Tuesday does it well by serving it without the chocolate Fudge or the Cherry on top. Advertisement, NEE, Chocolate Goblet Sundae. Calling all chocolate lovers! Rich Brownie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. They just forgot the rest of the INGREDIENTS! ! Thanks Ruby Tuesday, Better Luck Next time.

Well, when you’re staying at a hotel in the airport area, you pretty much don’t have any choice except for Ruby Tuesday… The place was average — decent food, but not spectacular. The onion rings are actually the bf’s favorite, and the ribs are really good. If you’re a health nut like me, I recommend the ribs and adding on the salad for $ 2.99. Such a good deal! Their salad bar has a lot of options! I also got their tortilla soup, which was way too salty that i didn’t drink any of it…

There is nothing I didnt like about Ruby Tuesdays! I had a bacon pretzel burger(or something like that) with fries and a beer, it was great. The food came fast. The waitress was really friendly. Perfect place to hang with friends or family!

Day 1. Being the closest to our hotel and even though it’s a chain and we’ been to a couple others, Mentor, OH& Denver, CO, never had any issues before. We came in twice, 4/27−28th.On our first night waiter was Arndre’, a middle aged black man with dreads who should have a comedy show! The Mrs. ordered broccoli soup and salad bar, all fresh and delicious, although she said the broccoli was a little underdone. Andrea spoke several items on the menu but he got with the Hickory Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop about an 1″ thick that could only be described as, Mmmm… Mmm! and it was fall off the bone tender, cut with a fork tender! So good I barely ate my fluffy, buttery baked potato and fresh green-beans! Day 2. We were greeted at our table by Trey, who immediately went for our adult beverages. We wanted something light. M’ Lady and I had the salad bar which was loaded with all kinds of fresh veggies and dressings including potato and mac salad, also included Their Thai Phoon Shrimp appetizer, amazing! Our waitress was spot on keeping our drinks well maintained! to where no Ruby Tuesday’s exist, the nearest is in Las Vegas. We’re heading home tomorrow.
