The experience of renting here was very different from the upfront friendliness of my first impression. Lacking business finesse, appropriate followup and helpful suggestions(«perhaps you should sign up for automated payment on your credit cards…») this place definitely needs work. I asked for 24⁄7 access(which they charge quite a bit extra for) but when I needed to place something in storage prior to a flight, I couldn’t because they hadn’t activated the access. I had to spend extra money to ship my package because I couldn’t store it. They were certainly happy, however, to charge me the additional amount from day one. They just didn’t provide the service I was paying for. Seems like they like steering people toward the late payment fees. There must be a company wide contest for generating extra income. Overall a totally disappointing experience.
