D’Lux Limousine, LLC

Great value, but terrible experience on our wedding day, and horrible service thereafter.
We hired D’Lux for our big day, contracting for three 10-​minute trips between central Walla Walla and our venue south of town:
1) The wedding party was to be taken to the venue around 3:30.
2) Immediately after (1), our parents were to be taken to the venue.
3) Bride and groom were to be whisked from the venue at 10:00.
Trip (1): D’Lux arrived late without explanation or apology. We hopped in, and quickly discovered that the A/​C was not working (again, without explanation or apology). It was over 90 degrees that afternoon, and the limo had no sunroof to provide relief from the heat. (On the plus side: The cocktail napkins around the cabin came in handy for wiping sweat off of brows.)
Upon arrival at our venue, we instructed the driver to cancel trip (2), as we weren’t going to force our parents to ride in a sauna to our wedding. Instead, our family scrambled carpools at last second to ensure everyone could get to the venue.
Trip (3): D’Lux arrived late again. Fortunately, by this time the A/​C was fixed. Upon arrival at our B&B, the owner apologized for the drama earlier in the day.
The following week, the owner emailed us and offered a refund totaling 9% of our contract, even though we had to cancel 33% of our trips due to their A/​C outage. When asked for an explanation, she told us that our cancellation of Trip (2) violated our terms, because we had passed the two-​week window necessary for changes to our schedule. Apparently D’Lux thought it would be perfectly reasonable to let our older parents ride in a limousine without air conditioning on a 90-​degree day.
D’Lux is the cheapest limousine rental in Walla Walla. And if our experience is typical, you will certainly get what you pay for.
