Super busy. But they got my order right, and the place was pretty clean. This location is right outside a major mall/shopping area, so expect some weary masses. Noticed the patrons seemed very grumpy. Lots of people traveling with small children were also looking grumpy. I came during the height of the holiday season while on my way to work. I think they did a good job decorating and managing the costumer flow.

Stopped off at the drive thru at 8:10 am for my son who was hungry. Had to wait another 10 mins on line and ordered him a Steak, Egg & Cheese meal and 2 hash browns for my son and I ordered a Latte and a Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuit. Get to the window to be told that their Latte machine was not working and if I would like a Coffee in it’s place. I said no because I was charged $ 2.29 for the latte and coffee does not cost the same. The staff looked confused and they were rude. I heard the manager«HR» say I would have to wait. I had waited long enough already. She wouldn’t even look at me. I was then handed a bag with only the sandwiches and NO hash browns. Just to be told by one of the ladies that it was in a separate bag. Everyone was blaming someone else. Still had to wait for a refund. It was now 8:35 am and I still the manager hid and I never got my refund. I would never waste my time writing a review on McDonald’s BUT the service in that location is absolutely horrible!!! I’ve gotten half cooked food from there before and shrugged it off to a bad day for them but the way I was treated this morning is a guarantee that I will never buy from that location again!
