I purchased a bottle of wine from this establishment and was hoping to drink it with my dinner. The only problem was, as soon as i set the bottle down(gently) on my counter top, the bottom piece of the bottle completely broke off(in a perfect circle on the bottom). So basically there was a gaping hole on the bottom in the perfect shape of a circle. So you guessed it ! All the contents of the bottle of the red wine got all over my kitchen floor.(what a pain to clean up !). At this point, i was pretty furious, and i decided to bring this bottle of wine back to the store(i really didn’t care about replacing the bottle, it was more of the principal and hoping that the business owners would take responsibility). So i bring this broken bottle back to the store, and show them and explain. One of the men at the store points to the sign that says no exchanges or refunds. Then the lady goes, «this is impossible, this is glass»(LOL, i never heard anything soo ridiculous in my life ! From my recollection, i do believe glass breaks) In any event, they didn’t take responsibility, were incredibly rude as if i had did something wrong. I mean, this was not even an expensive bottle of wine at all. I spent alot of money at this store, and to think they would lose a customer over something so petty really baffles me. Steer cleer of this store, just keep in mind, that there are other stores that treat their customers way better within the ¼ mile radius.
