Pizza good — lots of other Italian specialties; however, be aware of the prices and calculate total before stepping to the cashier, they will charge you more than posted price and conveniently forget your change.

Good pizza and specialty slices. I got a white slice with broccoli, and a plain cheese slice. Service is okay. Good amount of seating inside. Crust is on point. They sometimes keep the front door open even though it’s cold out.

Someone sent a few pies by my job in Whitestone last Friday, everybody that was eating was asking where this pizza was from and we found out white point … I never heard of it, so I had to find out where this pizzeria was so my wife and I went there and it was as good as it was when I had it at my job… This pizza was excellent my Wife and I drive all over for pizza and this will be our favorite spot to go when we are in the mood for pizza .My wife also ordered a chicken parm hero which she loved, I had a baked ziti that was excellent and spoke to people that were in the place that we’re all saying there food was really good… We ended up in the area the very next day and we stopped by for a few slices, I was on the phone and my wife went in to get the pizza the guy Tony was happy to see us on back the next day that he gave my wife a chicken Marsala slice and said I want you guys to try this its one of our best sellers… I will definitely be back to say thank you to Tony and tell him that slice was amazing, thank you Tony. Your new friends from Bayside!

This neighborhood pizza spot definitely has something going on, and they well deserve a 3.5. The restaurant is medium-sized with about 10 small booths. Guys behind the counter are very friendly, food’s good, prices are fair(but erring on the higher side in comparison to others). That chicken marsala slice is everything that others have promised. It’s like BAM, welcome to flavor town. I also ordered a pasta(garlic, olive oil, and broccoli) and a chicken salad. The pasta was also very good, definitely carb overload, but delicious. The prices are higher than what I am accustomed to for the smaller NYC towns. I’ve seen better prices in some of the midtown pizza joints. Deduct a star for that.

Pretty good local spot. Their Margherita and vegetable Pizza is tasty. Crust is crispy.

First time ordering from this place…& the LASTTIME ordering from this place. CUSTOMERSERVICEREVIEW — I ordered a Large pie for a bunch of small kids at a daycare. I also ordered a Chicken Cutlet Parm for myself. On their Unilocal page, it clearly states that if you mention Unilocal and you spend over $ 18 you’ll get a free 2 Liter Bottle of soda(which they normally charge $ 3.75 for). When I picked up the order, I mentioned it to the guy at the counter. He clearly knew exactly what I was talking about, but decided to skate around the question by looking away and not responding(but clearly looking uncomfortable). So I said«is that not the case?» He said«No. Do you still want the soda?», as he was ringing me up. I said«No. so Unilocal lied to me?» He replied«yes». WEAK! They cut the pie into 16 pieces for the kids, but he gave me 6 plates. I asked him for some more plates, and it was like pulling teeth… Sigh. FOODREVIEW: I didnt have any pizza(it was for the kids) but it looked(?) good. The chicken parm was subpar. Sauce and cheese was decent. The day old hero was hard and too crusty. The chicken cutlet was definitely a couple of days old.(Hey Owners — WECANTASTETHATKINDOFSTUFF!) No Bueno. There are plenty of Pizzeria’s in the area. I’ve tried most. If I wanted Ghetto, I’d have hit Pizzatown. I only tried this place because my regular spot(Genaro’s) was closed on Monday’s(Strange, I know. But the food is good!) Bottom line, These restaurant owners need to understand that Unilocal is a great tool for them. If they honor what they are supposed to, and put out good tasting edible food, they can increase their business greatly. WHITEPOINT was not ON Point.

I have been coming to this pizzeria basically my entire life. Growing up as a kid me and my friends would bombard the pizzeria after school, and now that I’m out of the neighborhood and I come back it’s still the old great taste I remember. Plus their chicken roll is by far the best one I’ve ever had.

Food is good no doubt. I had been a long time regular customer for about five years. But the delivery has quickly gone from slow to inexcusably slow. This week I called and got hung up on twice. Then I call back and someone finally took my order. After waiting 50 minutes I called back and the insanely rude guy said it was going to be another 15 minutes. When I asked why it was taking so long he hung up on me again. Seriously? Do they have so much business they don’t care about repeat customers? Regulars? Once a week regulars? Answer: obviously not. If you like being treated like dirt and taken for granted then give them your business. If you expect to be treated with the respect a regular paying customer deserves go somewhere else.

It is more expensive than other places. But when it is fresh, their pizza is outstanding. However, their pizza would be much better if they used less grease.

If I could give no stars I definitely would. I just waited 40 minutes for a grilled chicken salad. I waited inside because he said it would be 15 minutes. I used to work in a Resturant and I know how busy dinner time can be so I kept my cool… I had three people order after me which included a veal parm, a chicken parm, tons of calls were made and went out including pies, and I had yet to receive my grilled chicken salad(something that takes literally 5 minutes usually)…I’m disappointed because I truly like(D) this place and their food but this was it for me. Should have stuck to my gut and went to Amore’s…never coming here again.

Another good spot in College Point/Whitestone to grab a slice of pizza from, have been around for a while, a little greasy for my liking, but still hits the spot when craving a good plain slice. Sucks that its right next to the gym! Huge parking lot so its easy to go in, get a slice and get out.

Ordered delivery from here yesterday evening. I definitely would suggest dining in if possible. The delivery itself took almost 50 minutes and when we called, they said they were backed up. Although that was fine, I was a little disturbed when the delivery guy arrived. We could see out the window, that he removed the pizza from the case and put the two pizza pies on the floor while he put the case away. While I know it is in a box, I didn’t think that was the most professional /courteous way to handle it. The other thing that was disappointing was that when we made our order, we requested condiments, which we never got because the delivery guy said they forgot since it was so busy. We called and ended up hearing the same thing. Last but not least, the cheese pizza was salty and VERY oily. I ended up using 2 napkins to soak the sucker up. This has been my first time getting delivery, other than that my dine in experiences have been decent. I am only giving it 3 stars because of the above incident. I would go back but this place probably would not be my first choice.

Started ordering from here on Grubhub months ago and admittedly really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, a recent development of incorrect orders had me calling the store to notify them that there was a disconnect between what I was ordering and what I was getting. It was at this point that I was told I should be more specific when I order. Excuse me? All I am asking is that your food matches it’s description on the menu! I was then told after placing my order on Grubhub that I should call them to ensure my order would be processed correctly. Like I have the time or desire to do this… Overall Food is good, but ordering online seems to create a disconnect and the customer service really turned me off from this place.

Fortunate enough to get a fresh slice nice and hot. Great crust, nice and cheesy but the issue I had was the sauce. No doubt it was a homemade sauce but it was a bit diluted for my taste as I like my sauce more robust and herbaceous. When I folded the slice, the cheese started to come off not because of excessive oil like other slices but moreso it was very watery.

There are two awesome things about Whitepoint Pizza: 1) the thin and crispy crust 2) the chicken marsala slice. If it weren’t the most unhealthy choice in the world, I would eat the chicken marsala pizza every day for dinner.
