We have bought numerous pieces of equipment from Gene and the folks at Audio Video over the years, from our first TV set, to stereo equipment, to security systems and custom install in our new home. I have found the Audio Video team to always be professional and knowledgeable about all kinds of equipment and its proper usage, and the direction the technology is headed (to avoid early obsolescence). They ask us good questions to find out what our needs are, before they recommend a particular product or type of technology. I have never felt pressured or felt like they were trying to oversell me. I now live in Houston and they provide excellent service here as well as in BCS. I don’t go anywhere else because I know we will get great products and service, at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Weird experience here. Evidently Audio/​Video really just caters to the folks that are building a McMansion and need a ‘home theater.’ I was looking for something less — just a 40″ flat screen. They had only one to show. The rest of the place had 60″ or so sized televisions. I was shown specs by the sales guy for televisions on the Best Buy website — guess that was enough for me to go there to make the purchase.
