We agree with everyone else here! Fantastic work, great personality, uncompromising standards, incredible work ethic, truly wants his customers happy and his work to speak for itself for years! My husband and I were blown away by this guy. He did exactly what he said he would do. He communicated everything. He showed up when he said he would every time. Handled himself with humility but also with confidence in his skills and experience and standards. Great guy and we love not having to get out in the rain and the muck and the heat to open our gate anymore. It’s been working famously for nearly a year now!

Awesome at what he does! He fixed my Apollo gate opener and helped me figure out how to program my truck visor to open the gate. He was fast and it has been working great for months. It was very clear he has incredibly extensive knowledge that can only come from experience, and he was super friendly to boot. I have tried several other companies who either didnt show up or appeared lost and clueless when they did, so dont call anyone else. Edit: I called him again for another property. he came right out, figured the problem out real fast, but didn’t have the uncommon part I needed that got hit taken out during the storm. He told me it would be Thursday evening (3 days later) before he could have it for me and fix it. Well imagine my surprise when he called me the very next day to tell me he was on his was back out, driving from Houston, with the new part in hand! He fixed it for me, 2 days earlier than promised. Once again I am more than happy and impressed by him.

He’s taken care of me for about 8 years. Wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. Jacob is very hard working, detail oriented, meticulous, and easy to work with. As a customer you want someone you can easily communicate with, and he is fantastic about his communication and thr time and care he will take to explain things. And he is very knowledgeable on operating systems and coordinating and planning compatible equipment suited for your needs! I have referred him to several friends who are highly pleased with his work.

I searched, for a year, for someone to install a slide gate opener for me – one that I had ordered online last July — looking for someone willing to install it on my ranch in a tiny town about an hour from Bryan. I was suggested this guy by someone else. And THANKFUL doesn’t begin to explain how I feel! Jacob happily drove the hour, showed up first thing in the morning, at exactly the time he promised to meet me. Then he did great work! He even had to repair my new opener because it had sat for so long that mice made homes in it and chewed on the factory wires inside. So he made the wiring like new, like a professional, with shrink tubing and his heat gun and everything. After he got it working again, he set it up so the gate opened and closed perfectly, and then wired in new stuff to get it working with remotes and keypads. He even got the buttons built into my truck to work on the gate! After he was done, and I handed him the cash we had pre-​agreed to before he showed up, he gave me back $ 100 and said «it wasn’t as difficult as I thought it was going to be, so I can’t take all of it»… after we argued a little about it, he ultimately forced me to keep the money. You can’t beat that kind of integrity! He is super pleasant and he really knows his stuff! I recommend him to everyone! Everyone!

The ONLY person to use for gate openers and entry access, even if someone else does your iron work, fencing/​gates, etc. and includes the openers as part of the job. His reliability and expertise set him apart from others. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable about all the technical matters: electronics, viability of solar panels, keypads, gadgets, and all the accessories and options involved in automatic openers, having specialized in Houston in this field for over twenty years. I have never experienced this level of customer service in any other undertaking. He is hardworking, intelligent, extremely competent and reliable (does all the work involved, including the planning, concrete work, installation, welding, programming, etc.). Jacob kept me informed every step of the way, patiently explained all, and could not have been more prompt or courteous. There were no delays, no excuses, no «no shows» or whining like I’ve come to expect from experiencing «customer service» here. And his pricing was reasonable and comparable to what you would pay those who aren’t experts (but are providing openers as part of a job for custom gating or fencing). I highly recommend him; he’s that rare professional you run across «once in a blue moon.»
