In by 9 out by 5? I even sitting here waiting for 30 minutes for my laundry. One customer in 8 that have come to pick up has actually gotten their laundry. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait, the suggested I leave and come back. So I supposed to drive home 30 minutes and then come back. The clerks are very defensive too so that lets you know this happens often.

I used this cleaners 3 times to dry clean my suit with no problems. The deal is that you drop off before 9 and they will have it ready by 5 that very same day. However the window for pickup is only 5 – 6 which is when they close. Still, pretty good deal right?
Too good to be true. This last time that I went to pick up my suit, it was not there. The lady told me that it may have gotten left at the central office, but could not reach them by phone. I gave them my phone number and went home to wait for their call (I was leaving on a plane the next day and really needed that suit).
This is where it gets interesting. At 6:03 the lady calls me to tell me that they accidentally gave my suit to another customer… oops?! She said that the customer called saying she had my clothes by mistake and agreed to deliver the clothes back to the dry cleaner the next morning. They told me I could pick it up then.
So another person has my clothes and I am supposed to wait and trust that they will be nice enough to bring them back for me. Frankly I expected them to go to her house, pick up my clothes, and bring them to me. However, the managers had already gone home so really there was nothing I could do.
IT GETS BETTER! In the morning they called and told me the other customer brought my clothes back and I could come pick them up. Ok, awesome. But then they had the audacity to try and charge me for it! Really?!? You want to charge me $ 17 for you to give my clothes away to a stranger who was nice enough to give them back?!
I talked to the manager, and she finally agreed to drop the charges. Basically, I will never go back here again. I could live with them making a mistake, but to try and charge me after that, horrible customer service.
