Parents, make sure your child knows the property manager will call to confirm reservation if you make the reservation over the cube smart 800#. I completed a reservation for my student. I also tried to pre-​pay and was told process was to pay on moving day. In hindsight, I should have sent him over to complete the rental agreement before the stress of finals began. Reservations are required to have student name and contact phone number. The reservationist never mentioned a confirmation call would be made by the property manager. My child had no idea what the property manager was talking about when she called to confirm. So, the property manager canceled his reservation and rented the unit to someone else. Hard lesson learned on my child’s part and made for a VERY stressful day trying to find another unit.
