Place must have been remodeled; carpets were new and the most important part when checking into a budget friendly place — NOSMELL. does not smell of piss and stale beer. So I was a fan as soon as these smells did not register. Rooms were clean; better than what we expected for the price we paid for it. If you are to nitpick; there are faults; but I can live with it for 2 nights; that’s how long we stayed for.

Stayed here this past weekend for fall classic for softball. The room was clean the tv worked good. The only thing that I did not like was that every 30 minutes a light kept going on and off. But other than that everything was good.

One star only because the front desk staff was extremely professional, understanding and helped my kids and me. Other than that, something has to be done about housekeeping. If the first room we checked into had been cleaned there wouldn’t be any issues at all! Walking into a filthy disgusting nasty room with my three young kids was extremely upsetting! I had to make two additional trips to the front desk trying to correct the situation. The third attempt, the room was changed. This room isn’t much better, it’s still dirty but at least the sheets are clean. We are here with my son’s softball team, this is suppose to be an exciting weekend!

This was our camp out for the weekend while visiting Texas World Speedway… Place was clean, yes its old, not perfect… but we dont live here… just a place to crash for the night, drink a few beers and edit some photos… Service was outstanding… when I asked for an extra usb cable(we always forget something when going on vacation), they went out of there way to find on for me… and yet only had micro-usb cable… But who cam thru for me… A College Station PD officer that was there on business. went to his truck, and had an extra cable I could borrow… Made the whole experience for our stay even better… And you cant beat the price for what you get… Hard to find a hotel under $ 100 a night… Photos…nope.seen on hotel room… seen them all.

I was stuck with my early reservation at Manner Inn next door being denied, from out of state, not ready and needing to be at my cousins graduation in one hour… the management here saved my life. Let me check in at 10am. The room is shabby but the service is worth 100 times that!

I am at the hotel now and we are afraid to leave. There is a large party going on with loud music and drinking. It is now 1:09AM. The people at the party are making it clear anyone at the hotel better stay in there &;$;$(&(rooms. The party people are referring to it as a$;$($(hotel. Front desk has done little to stop it, they said they called the police, but they didn’t, because the police have not come. I was told, «we ain’t givin no refunds neither.» This is a dangerous place to come and bring your family. Don’t count on anything from staff or management. Beware, their are other cheap hotels in the area we have stayed at that were fine, this is on the drug and party circuit.

Book hotels in ADVANCE if you’re coming to college station or else you’ll end up here like me. Lesson learned! Smells terrible in the room, terrible bathroom with a messed up toilet, humid rooms that take forever to cool down. At least there’s cable. Wifi doesn’t work so don’t bother trying. If it wasn’t for the fact that I literally have no other options, I’d be out of here. Ekkk
