Domain at Northgate

Management is horrible. We put in a repair request and it took them 2 months to fix it by that time more things needed to be fixed but the repair man couldn’t fix it because it wasn’t on the report so we had to put in multiple reports and took forever to fix anything. We just gave up. They also didn’t clear the trash room for weeks, it got so bad you couldn’t open the door because it was stuffed. The whole floor on every floor stunk. Employees are very rude. When you discuss things with them they act like they don’t care and they don’t want to be there. They have bad attitudes. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything that’s going on in the living room from your room and everything that’s going on in the person above, below, and next to you. The windows also don’t keep any outside noise out. You can hear the train horn every single day and all through the night. Being by the bars are nice but that also means you hear the drunks walking outside screaming and yelling. One of the bars around here does kareoke and its like you’re there but you’re actually in your room… There is VERY limited parking, the covered parking isn’t even fully covered and there is no guest parking. The rent is too expensive for what you get. I pay 880 a month not including electricity and if I could get out of my lease I would have yesterday. Whole place doesn’t have it together. They don’t even let you know when you have a package in the front. Do not live here this is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in.
Also the wifi is totally unreliable, goes out and random times day and night takes forever for them to fix

Very poor. Not up to speed at opening management issues. Automatic billing issues. Covered parking not covered. No guest parking. No bike or scooter parking. Issues in room still not addressed. Stay away.

The most poorly run apartment complex in the city. Awful management. The building isn’t even well built. Bowed walls. My toilet was put in crooked. Their phone number on their website is their old, disconnected phone number. The resident portal is not working. I was once locked out of the building because the entrance mechanism was broken. When the stairwell door was having trouble opening, they just removed the door latch. The workout facility has one squat rack /​smith machine and 7 treadmills. There is currently no link on their website to pay your rent. Mailbox keys have not been distributed and it has been over 3 weeks. When we arrived, parking spots were not painted. My roommates and I were promised incentives in the form of $ 500 in Visa gift cards for signing. These have still not been distributed.
I like my apartment and my kitchen. They’re very nice. But the management here is just plain terrible.
Edit: a few months later and nothing is better. Also ANTS EVERYWHERE. In my kitchen and in my shower. Do NOT live here.
