Worst customer service I’ve ever seen if you have to do anything there in person. Every interaction feels like they wouldn’t give you the time of day if they weren’t required to and you’re wasting their time just for asking. Just plain rude. Now I go to UPS or even the post office instead.

At the counter, I was greeted by an elderly gentleman. He was knowledgeable about FedEx as well as passport renewal shipping. I would recommend them.

College Station, TX
I’ve been here both to pick-​up and ship packages. The location is small, but it is a FedEx only site — owned and staffed to simply ship packages via FedEx. Bring everything already packaged and then this is the simplest and cheapest way to ship via FexEx. In general I’ve always been courteously treated (even when there right before the deadline to ship) and when I had questions/​doubts they explained everything correctly and without trying to make me feel like an idiot for not already knowing the answer.

If you have ever missed a Fedex package while in College Station, this is where you pick it up. This is the actual real Fedex owned and staffed shipping center. If you are shipping this is also the best place to go as they are not part of another store, where they charge you more to package things. Yet here your item must already be ready to ship unless it will go in one of their free packages.
