These burgers are AMAZING! I was feeling ravenous so I stopped in for a burger and fries and I was not disappointed. The burger was juicy and the fries were seasoned perfectly. It was more than enough food for me and they kept my beer filled. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have loved Koppe Bridge and counted it as the best burger in my world for a very long time. I am so sad to have to tell you that something has changed in the last few months since football season. The last two visits within the last month I have been sorely disappointed. I eat the burger without the bun, so for me to go to a place for burgers, it has to be a very tasty burger. I always get the original ½ lb burger because the ¼ lb was not as good. On my last visit, the burger was burned on the outside and I wound up trimming the crispy stuff off. What remained was dry and tasteless. The fries were still very good. Today, even though the burger wasn’t crispy on the outside, it was still either overcooked, over pressed during cooking or a lesser quality of meat. Again it was dry and tasteless. This time, the fries were burned as well-not cool Koppe Bridge, not cool. It is with a very heavy heart that I will have to search out and find a new«go-to» for good, down home burgers when we come to Aggieland.

I’m from Tennessee. I came to College Station for the Auburn vs. Texas A&M game with my Aggie friend. This place is the BEST burger I’ve had in several years. The service was very nice and friendly and it was a great time with great food. My impression of Texas Aggie places in College Station have been very good and welcoming but this is the cake topper. If you haven’t been GO! I will certainly be going back! Plan to be there for the next game that my team plays in College Station. Thank you for such a warm reception. I hope we can do the same for any of you who visit the Plains in Alabama. THEBEST!!! Thank you.

This is my favorite burger dive spot in town. Hand packed burgers and old fastion fries. I have noticed that the portions of fries have been getting smaller over the years but its still more than you can eat

Always great burgers! The place to go if your craving a burger! The chicken fried steak is also amazing and the size of full plate! Fried pickle spears are another favorite of mine of here! Only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because you pay extra for cheese, ranch, sauces etc. for your burger and fries!

Really enjoy the Texas toothpicks and the burgers are consistently good. Not sure if they are ‘the best in Brazos Valley’ as they boast, but worth mentioning in the conversation.

All American Burger… the patty is cooked perfectly, juicy and tasty. Onion rings is a knock out. I like the ambiance, a nice place to hang out and satisfy burger cravings

Awesome burger, probably the best in College Station. You will have to wait a bit after you order but it is usually worth it. Only complaint is when I call ahead I have to give them a full credit card number over the phone even if I’m paying cash. They must have problems with people calling and not picking up their order, but this system seems like it punishes everyone.

To be completely honest I was very skeptical going into this restaurant after being recommended by a friend. I almost tripped while going inside due to the uneven steps. It was a bit shady on the inside so after I ordered I awaited my burger with a bit of skepticism. But after I got my burger, oh boy was glad I was here. This place has got to be one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It was cooked to perfection. The meat was so juicy and warm. The burger practically fell apart in my mouth and the minimal toppings made the burger stand out so much more. A must eat place if you’re looking for some wholesome American food.

I’ve read that there is a beauty in simplicity, and when you eat a burger in Koppe Bridge Bar & Grill you get to realize this is true. Don’t expect anything fancy or higher end, there is none. Is just a burger place, that serves really really good old fashioned burgers, and I loved it. I got the chance to eat some fried mushrooms and they were amazing. Crispy on the outside and nice, warm and soft in the inside. For dinner, I ordered the ¼ pound traditional burger. The burger in itself looks simple, but you can notice the quality of the meat with your first bite, specially when you have all the juices coming down your arm. In summary, if you just want a burger, Koppe Bridge is your place.

Went there for dinner on a Wednesday night and I ordered the catfish basket. It was probably one of the most vile pieces of catfish I have ever tasted. Could not eat it at all. I would have given them 1 star if it weren’t for the fact that I have had their burgers and those are pretty delicious and filling. From now on the only thing I will order from there if I go back will be their burgers.

Best burgers in town and super service! When friends from out of town come to visit, this is where we take them! True College Station restaurant!

This place has the best burgers in college station. They have what I would call home style burgers. The meat is of great quality, cooked perfectly and moist. The bun was fantastic, buttery and very well toasted. The ingredients they put on there burgers are great. I personally love the original half pound burger with bacon and cheddar. They use ample amounts of bacon which is very crispy. I forgot to mention they have fantastic fries to go along with it. The chicken fried steak is also some of the best I’ve ever had. The large is literally the size of your head. Very crispy and meaty. The texas toothpick is a great app. They really know how to fry rings and jalepeno say this place. This place is very rustic and awesome place to hang with friends. Try this place out.

Best dad gum sliced beef sandwich in College Station! Love the cold beer by the pitcher and the carved up tables. Always excellent quality and man sized portions.

Great food, great price! Definitely going to visit this hidden gem every time I come to College Station. I ordered a large chicken fried steak. It was not only enough to feed the masses, it was delicious. We had an order of fried pickle spears as well. Another person in our party had a sliced brisket sandwich and said it was awesome! Looking forward to trying other things next time…

Avoid this place on game day as the service is particularly slow, mainly because their facilities can’t seem to handle the crowd. Our latest experience was arriving for lunch about four hours before kickoff. We waited in line for 30 minutes just to order our food. We then waited over an hour and a half for two burgers and fries. At one point, I went to the counter and asked how much longer our order would be. I was told that we were 18 orders back, and that it would be about 40 more minutes. A properly staffed and equipped kitchen should be able to process 18 orders in far less than 40 minutes, especially when the food itself is so basic. Otherwise, the food is good enough, and there is a lot of it. Good place to go for decent, cheap food. Just don’t be in a hurry.

Pretty outstanding burgers. They are huge: you might want to plan on sharing. I always forget to order them basket-less as there are just too many fries. Super rustic indoors, with a little outdoor covered veranda-like seating area on the side. Apparently it gets crazy busy around games since it is so close to the big field where grown men bash into each other for the amusement of thousands. It was pretty calm at 5:30pm on a Thursday though. My only real complaint: they had this barbaric hunting channel on at the patio which I didn’t really want my kids to watch while eating. I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off, and I couldn’t find anyone to do so when I went in to ask.

Koppe Bridge is a straight-up place — burgers, chicken-fried steak, fried catfish, grilled cheese(OK, they did have fish tacos on the menu — gettin’ crazy). It’s got a great, dive-y vibe(if you like that kind of thing), with plenty of outdoor and semi-outdoor seating. Our party all opted for burgers, mostly variations of their Original Burger Basket. Nothing fancy here — your standard burger ingredients — but they deliver a well-executed classic burger. Very good. The half-pound patty(smaller burgers are available for the less gluttenous) was slightly pink in the middle. Accompanying fries were fairly thin, and quite good. Believe they are fried in peanut oil, which never hurts… Koppe even proved themselves in a mistake. My son’s burger did not come as ordered(looks like the order-taker didn’t write down a couple of details), but the staff quickly remedied the situation with cheerfulness and speed. Extra points. KB is a great place to grab a casual meal after a game or on a nice night. We’ll be back…
