Wanted to upgrade to the Galaxy Note 4 and was like is there a sprint in College Station? Found the one located near the main drag of everything. Starbucks is located next door so feel free to grab a drink or couple espresso shots first or after. Walked in and«Moses» helped me right away, quite the social one but none the less he got me an upgrade on my phone and right into a Galaxy note 4 within 30 minutes. Was fast usually for the Sprint locations in Corpus Christi which take days and days to even get in and there is always a line. Moses was a great staff member and helped me out and was knowledgeable about everything. Will be going here for all my phone needs in the future.

Awful customer service, after waiting 20 minutes just to sign in I then waited almost an hour to be helped out… After all of the waiting they told me I had the wrong PIN number and they wouldn’t be able to help me out… Well I came back the hours later after talking with sprint Customer Service after finding out I did in fact have the right PIN. This store is awful please avoid. The store manager«Steven» thought is was amusing that I was frustrated… Unbelievable.

Horrible service, these people are very rude and very unhelpful. They don’t discuss all the hidden fees and charges that sprint likes to throw in when you get a new line. Even if you flat out ask them, «how much does it cost?». They just try to sell you stuff and charge you more money for things you don’t need. They lie and cheat to get you to join them. Stay away from sprint and stay away from this store.

A great place to buy a phone from. There is always a friendly staff member ready to help! What more can you ask for? I personally like their«everything» plans. Sprint gives you UNLIMITED data with their plans, while the other companies make you per gigabyte! :-( I am and will be SPRINTFORLIFE!!!

I hate Sprint. That’s it. They’re terrible. The staff is uppity and unhelpful, their customer service is worse, and they even raised my monthly bill which is why I finally left. They practically asked for it. The one thing I can’t complain about(after having T-Mobile for the past several months) is the network. I never really dropped calls, and usually had a pretty good signal, which is why I stayed as long as I did(6 years). Don’t get Sprint. Just don’t do it. The Verdict: Come for the undelpful service, leave because they practically push you out the door.
