I called with questions trying to get help with a moving plan. The guy’s (Sean) advice to me? Call back when you’re better prepared, and he actually HUNG UP on me mid question. When I called back, he just hung up on me again. And, as always, I was polite, never rude nor demanding having worked in the service industry. There are other options, and I plan on using them. Never, ever, EVER, will I give these people business.

We needed an extra car for a few days, basically anything with an engine, a steering wheel, two seats and brakes, so we decided to pick up one of these $ 19.95 a day 10 foot vans. You, know, you’ve all seen that $ 19.95 a day thing on the side of them?
(Insert buzzer sound!) Enhh! Wrong! $ 19.95 a day is only to rent the thing. If you want to actually DRIVE it, it costs .69 a mile, or like $ 14 a gallon for gas if my totals are correct. (Plus you have to use your own gas).
Service was friendly and they gave me a free pen. If I ever want to get the best price to rent a truck and just leave it sitting in their parking lot and not drive it, I now know where to go.
