This is by far, the most poorly stocked party store I’ve ever encountered; & I’ve lived in many parts of the U.S.

Not impressed with this place and have only been here because it’s the only party store in the area that I’ve found for certain items.
First…rude customer service… I called in advance and asked if I should place an order over the phone for some balloons since I knew I’d be coming in near closing time… I was told no… when I got there… the balloon counter nazi told me she couldn’t fill balloons for me since the counter apparently closes 30 minutes before the rest of the store. Convenient. After mentioning my phone conversation, I was able to convince her to fill some balloons for me… she huffed and puffed but did it… but put them in a ridiculous knotted arrangement that I couldn’t figure out how to take apart later.
Second…the store always seems junky and disorganized… a little pricey compared to other party stores I’ve been too.
Wish there was another option in the area because I would prefer to not return here. Damn, monopoly.

This is the best selection of greeting cards and gift items in College Station. Plus the staff is cool and friendly. Guaranteed laugh when you come in here. Thumbs up!
