Have enjoyed Jimmy Johns for years! Quality is awesome. However in recent years they have gotten more persnickety about choosing something that is not on the menu or putting something on the side. That is minus one star. The other minus star is because I went here for lunch… It says they open at 11:00. At 11:15… They still were not open. This unacceptable.

Great sandwiches, and they deliver even one. Standard menu but excellent service here. Worthwhile when you are in the mood or need a quick fix.

I do enjoy a jimmy johns hoagie because they have a different taste to them. I’ve had way better sandwiches so I can’t give it 5 stars, but I enjoy the different taste of their«turkey tom.» The hoagies are a little more on the thin side and not loaded with fillings, but I actually like that. I hate when there is too much and I can’t close the roll and have to take stuff out. I always prefer a smaller turkey hoagie. So this is a plus to me but may not be to others. They are still very flavorful. The inside always appears clean and they make the sandwiches pretty quickly. The staff at this location wasn’t too friendly, but I’ve been to many other locations where they were. This isn’t my go to spot for a hoagie but it’s a quick and easy spot to stop.

Somebody told me the sandwiches were to die for. Everywhere I looked, from the direct-mail they sent to my house, to the app on my phone, to the posters in the windows of the store, blared, «WEDELIVER.» But it wouldn’t work from the website. Wouldn’t work from the app. And when I went to the store to order and pick up my sandwich, I was told, «oh, you must live outside our delivery radius.» What is the radius, pray tell? A mile. I’m guessing I live about a 1.1 miles from the location. On a nice day, it’s walkable. You know what? The sandwich was good. Not the greatest sandwich in history, but definitely good. But when you’re going to base your whole value proposition on delivery you need to make an effort. That is the meaning of brand, boys and girls.
