I love Nail Lab and highly recommend it. The owner and staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is relaxing. I love my SNS mani – it looks wonderful. I took my twelve year old daughter and her friends there for a birthday treat, and for her birthday, the owner let my daughter create her own nail polish color and name it! Then she got to take it home. Such a unique, special experience. Treat yourself to Nail Lab!

What a Wonderful Gem of a Salon!
My sister and mother live in the area and go here often and like it. I hadn’t been in almost two years and the owner remembered that I was a teacher from Houston!!! That is how you do business, remembering peoples names and giving personal attention means great service and return customers. She even called the day after our service to make sure that we had a good time and were satisfied.
I had a Pedicure and was served peach champane and water. The place was clean, effiecent, and the staff was all friendly and well kept. Would highly recommend this place. They do nails, toes, waxing, eyelash extensions, blowouts, message and facials. Check out and support this local business. Owners name is June!

Trendy nails! Love this place. Finally found a place that isn’t afraid to do what I want, like coffin nails or raised nail art. The studs and powder colors are even on display! It’s entirely possible to pick out exactly what you want before you sit down. Plus, where else can you go where they do stamping and don’t make a horrible mess of it? I beg of you, all girls who like to stay trendy, GO HERE. She has EVERYTHING! Want a light up LED in your nail? Got it! Stiletto nails for Halloween? Done. Plus they speak English, and she said they keep up with training, and they shape your nails exactly how you like (I’m super.picky.). I have been several times, and have had a lot of the staff, and I want this place here forever, because heaven help me if I have to go back to mumbling a single color in a grumpy salon because I don’t trust my nail tec.

Wow! We love coming to the Nail Lab. We come here every month for manis and pedis. Everything is super clean. They always do a great job! I highly recommend them.

I just found Nail Lab because I wanted artificial nails again and after doing some research I found this lovely nail salon. I called at 1:15pm for an appointment, they had a 2pm… perfect. June took my call and answered all my questions about SNS nails… I was sold! When I arrived I was warmly greeted and Jennee took great care of me and answered all my questions about this newer technology! Love my nails! Then I had a pedi… it was fabulous!!! To me, the price was just in line with other salons and the staff was wonderful! I will be back for sure!

I went to this nail establishment after reading it had gotten Best in Colleyville. Not! I had a $ 10 coupon and therefore asked for the signature Almond Pedi. It says they pamper the customer for 65 minutes and it costs $ 55. Well, 25 minutes of that was my feet in bubbling water and not having a person work on me. When the girl finally started my pedi, she was finished in 35 minutes. That’s really expensive for no more treatment. The place I usually go in Colleyville charges $ 45 for the signature pedi and they work on my feet and legs the entire 75 – 90 minutes. I was very disappointed and do not recommend. Very overpriced for what you get.

What a lovely experience!
June was awesome and arranged for me, my sister, aunt, uncle, cousin and mom to come in for a pre-​wedding mani and pedi session. We all felt welcomed and comfortable, and everyone was so nice. The salon was clean and the décor was inviting. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I love this place. All of the staff is friendly and professional. They do beautiful nails and pedicures.

I have been getting my nails done at the Nail Lab for almost 2yrs (even before they moved to this location). Over this time I have every type of nail done and they always do an amazing job. June (the owner) has always been friendly, welcoming & done a wonderful job on my hands. Misty gives the most amazing pedicures I have ever had in my life. I have sent many friends to them and they are now clients. Every time I get my nails done I get lots of complements.

Great service, competitive prices and friendly staff. Walked in with no appointment and got a seat right away. My sister, mom and I got great tootsies now!

My wife and I recently moved to the area, and she needed her nails done. She found this place online, and it looked cute. That’s where the good experience ended.
She came home crying. I asked her what had happened, and she said they mocked her, asked her if she was pregnant, and didn’t do what she asked on her toes. She left (after paying, unfortunately) without letting them complete work on her fingernails.
When I went up there the next day to complain and ask for a refund, they were dead at 11 am on a Saturday. (big surprise there!) I asked to talk to the owner, who was working at time, and she invited me to sit down. I was obviously perturbed to put it nicely, and I told them about my wife’s experience the day before and did not sit with them. They obviously remembered the incident, because the owner got defensive, telling me they were required to ask about pregnancy for health reasons, and proceeded to defend the abuse and poor service they had suffered my wife. After listening to her obtuse and rude defense of her salon, I asked for a refund. She then proceeded to try and tell me services had been rendered and she could not issue a refund, but she could, however, offer a credit. At that point I turned around mid-​sentence and walked out. Needless to say, a credit would have been pointless since we won’t be going within 100 yards of this place ever again. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are out of business by summer.
Avoid like the plague!

The best pedicure in the metroplex. When I get a pedicure, I want a good calf massage. They went above and beyond without me saying I need «this.» Friendly place, lots of girl talk and interaction with everyone in the salon. The pedi lasts for weeks. This is a great place to do a mom/​daughter bonding.

My wife has been telling me for some time now how much she loved this place. She has also been telling me forever that I need to come with her for a session which I have never done…
However, I did finally break down and come in myself for a manicure and it was an awesome experience. Very nice and professional. Will do it again!
