Never ever again. I go in for specific join pain in hands and lower back and get tested for mono. Seriously? I have RA idiots. I have a stock pile of naproxen and ibuprofen. I don’t need a prescription for that. I need something for my hands that works and get rid of the excruciating pain. I tell you this and you test me for mono. WOW.

My family has been coming here for years and was very happy with their service as premier urgent care. Unfortunately, we have had 3 – 4 poor experiences now with the change to prima care and will be looking for a new urgent care option. Doctors and staff are great, but service is EXTREMELYSLOW. I don’t know why it takes so much longer now. We used to be in and out within 30 minutes or so. More paperwork? They only have one doc and one nurse on at a time so that slows things down too. It’s too bad, because I like the doctors here, but waiting for over an hour each time(and lately it’s been multiple hours) just doesn’t work for an «urgent care» facility. Especially when you don’t get the impression they are not trying to get patients through quickly.

I have been here many times before and no complaints when it was Colleyville Premier Urgent Care. Since Primacare bought it out it has really gone downhill. I went in and I was the only one in the waiting room. One hour later I was finally called to the back. There was only one other room being occupied and no one passed me going out. Finally 2 hours and 20 minutes later I had to leave without my prescription because the doctor said other patients were yelling at him for taking so long and he was dealing with them. Seriously! I have a young child at home and I was there an hour before they were. Dr. Miller is the normal staff doctor and there was a sub doctor today. Just awful to take so long and no good excuse. Wonder if anyone else left before getting their prescription?
