She was incredibly rude to me. Today, I found her on Unilocal and went on her website to find her contact information. I texted her the following: «hi! I was wondering if you have any availability tmrw morning for makeup application? sorry for the late notice!» I realized that she was unlikely to have any availability, but I thought I should ask anyway. She responded «I sure don’t!,» which seemed like kind of a rude response, but I decided I was looking too far into it and wrote back «ok thank you for replying so quickly! maybe next time!» Later today, I went back on her website to recheck how much a makeup application costs ($ 75!) and I saw a button for her Instagram. And guess what? She posted a screenshot of my text with the caption «After what I JUST posted… Is this a joke?! #icant» which got some really rude responses from her friends. So I looked at her previous post, and it was something about how she doesn’t like it when people make last minute appointments. I didn’t check her Instagram before making an appointment, and I guess that makes me worthy of public shaming? I don’t know. Stay away if you like being treated nicely. Lindsey is amazing, personable, and professional! During waxes, she makes you feel comfortable, holding great conversation and making you not think about the wax, and she is fast and clean. Definitely recommend her, as I have done to friends that have loved her as well!

Lindsey is amazing! Right from the start she makes you feel comfortable and she is extremely fast and very knowledgeable about waxing. She had me talking and laughing the whole time she was waxing and it really makes the experience much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend her!

Five stars because she’s so incredibly honest. Someone at a different salon butchered my eyebrows, so I went to see if Lindsey could fix them. She was incredibly analytical and honest. She explained to me what the other salon did wrong, she gave a few suggestions on what she could do to try to make them look better, but was completely honest and said that she wouldn’t want me to dislike them even more. We both agreed that it would be best for me to let them grow back out and then return to see her. She said she didn’t want me to pay for something that wasn’t exactly what I wanted and I appreciate her so very much for that. You better believe I will be going to see her in 3 to 4 weeks and I have the utmost confidence that she will do an incredible job.

Lindsey is great! She is very professional, amiable and quick. I bought a waxing groupon for my appointment, which was a great deal. Her booth is really cute and you can tell that her attention to detail is on point. She makes scheduling easy and convenient because she will communicate through text! I definitely recommend her.

The first time I went to Lindsey for waxing I was amazed by how quickly she waxed my lady business… I don’t go to anyone else now. I have moved an hour away and still go to Lindsey… she’s that good!!!

OMG best waxing experience ever Lindsay was great she was very knowledgeable fast and friendly. I got a Brazilian and full leg which was very fairly priced. She made me feel comfortable even though she was a total stranger. By the end of the session we talked about everything from our dogs to jobs to ex boyfriends to moms she was great I felt like I had a new best friend. I will definitely be going back for all my waxing needs
