Arts and Frame Shop

Very disappointed. Dropped everything off and was told it would be ready in one week and I would get a call. Two weeks had past and no word, so I followed up with a phone call. Still wasn’t ready, but owner agreed to have it completed the next day. I show up and openings were cut, but photos were not taped as discussed. After she insinuated I was a liar by saying she didn’t now she was suppose to do that part, she offered to do it. I showed her the mock print out and the number system on back of photos. I was beyond done with dealing with this disorganized lady. When I got home, I discovered even more evidence she didn’t recall our 15 minute consultation when I dropped supplies off. Three of the larger holes were not cut in the right place and one of them wasn’t even the right size. In fact, the mat is too big for the frame. Last drop of frustration was discovering she didn’t return the extra pieces form the mat board I took in for the project. Lady is clueless. Expected more for my $ 50+ bill.
