Comet Cleaners

I have brought several items here for stain removal. Both times it has been a fiasco. The first shirt I brought it took 3 visits over the course of a week for them to get the stain out that I brought the shirt in for. I told them on each visit where the stains were and each time they missed some of them. They definitely lost money on that one. I was impressed after 3 visits that the got the difficult stain out, but shocked that they were so disorganized and lacked a process to thoroughly clean the garment as requested. Each time I came back, no one cared that the shirt wasn’t cleaned nor that I had to make 3 trips. The second time I brought a comforter in with a stain. I called to find out if it was cleaned after a week with no calls from them. They told me it would be ready on a certain day and when I called, of course it wasn’t. They had a hard time even finding it and when I pressed them to really look for it, they finally found it and said it hadn’t even been started on yet. After almost 2 weeks, it was finally ready. This business does a good job on the cleaning but needs some leadership from management to get organized and come across more professionally to customers.

I was initially turned off by this place because they have a sign that says 1 hour cleaning, but they don’t offer 1 hour cleaning. I’ve used another cleaner in Collierville for the past year, but I was in need of 1 hour cleaning, so I decided to try this place instead. I was very disappointed when I found out my dry cleaning wouldn’t be ready till the next day, but I was already there, and I didn’t feel like driving to another location. When I went through the drive through the following day, I began to lighten up a bit because it was super convenient. When I got home and carefully examined my suits I was sold on this non-​1 hour cleaning shop. They do an excellent job! They even put your tops and jackets in a bust form. I highly recommend them!

These people do a good job. Drive thru is easy.
