very inconsistent work. one time, shoes came out of the shop with dust all over. this time, they sprayed some kind of black shoe spray on another pair of shoes and the specks of black spray got on my $ 200 beige pumps. very careless service.

This Business has had my Delsey luggage for warranty repair or replacement for over 2 months. No phone call or explanation of the delay. Poorly run business obviously warranty work is not a priority. Avoid this Company !!!
