I would not let these people touch my hair even if I was dead. But for my Hubby he likes them because he can just walk in and get a quick hair cut and walk out. His hair cut is simple so I think it would be hard to mess up. Ill update this review if they jack his head up lol

This was my experience. I wanted a cut and some highlights to hide the gray. My stylist told me that it would be better to completely color my hair and then highlight it since there was a lot of gray. Stupidly, I agreed. We discussed at length the colors to use and she showed me colored hair taped to a board that she could match my hair to. I wanted light brown with blonde highlights. When the coloring was done and I looked in the mirror I was horrorfied to see mostly red hair. The stylist kept insisting that it was blonde. Maybe if she yelled it loud enough it would suddenly turn blonde! What could I do. The damage was done, I just wanted out of there. When I went up front to pay, their card machine was out of order. I pulled out my checkbook to pay the $ 156.00 (yes, that’s right, $ 156.00), but the stylist yelled across the room to her manager, «Hey,…, can we accept her check?». All eyes turned to look at the redhead at the counter. I wanted to crawl UNDER the counter. He thought a moment and reluctantly said yes. I don’t carry cash. What if he had said no? All I had was a debit and credit card. And of course that pesky check! I will never darken their door again for many, many reasons.
