I called Rainman when my irrigation refused to come on with the controller as other Rainbird systems have been easy to use. Unfortunately these systems were in Austin, Pasadena, La Canada and Los Gatos where systems are not shut off at the curb for winter to hibernate. I called Rainman and they reopened the system and them closed it later for winter. Very professional and didn’t laugh too hard when I told them I had never had irrigation in a cold winter climate!
