Sephora

I’m not gonna lie. I use to love coming to Sephora. The last few times of coming to this particular store has been rather disappointing. It feels like I have to pull someone’s hair to get any sort of help here. No help and not even a greet for walking into the store. It’s been like this several times and now I’ve given up. It seems that the employees care more about talking to each other than actually helping customers out. I ended up taking my money and going elsewhere. I’ll stick to online shopping when it comes to Sephora… at least the website will greet me. :)

I’m obsessed with Sephora. I’m a VIP member and spend more money than I care to admit online and in their brick-and-mortars…but this location… well, some of the staff… they’re just not nice… or helpful. Which makes me sad because I adore Carriage Crossing. It is such a lovely outdoor mall.
Anyways, it takes me literally 30 – 40 minutes to get here from my house so you know I REALLY want to spend money when I come… but I wasn’t greeted when I walked in the door, my girlfriend wanted to get a consultation and it was like pulling teeth for someone to help us. Then once we finished (she could not have gone faster or been less enthusiastic), we asked her if she could please look in the drawer to see if they had a certain lip stick color. Well, she totally ignored us and so we had to ask someone else after waiting for 10 minutes… they didn’t have the color.
The weird part is that they weren’t even busy. And I LOVE Sephora and I LOVE Carriage Crossing, but they really should hire better people because it made me not want to spend money even though I drove so far to do so…

Staff here overall is great. (If you want to feel good about yourself, talk to Isabella!) Store is always well stocked and clean. Stephanie helped me today and was WONDERFUL. the girls at that store are the most helpful, kind, and spectacular.

I try to stay away from Sephora because when I walk on the door I am somehow miraculously drawn to buying everything in sight. Makeup, perfume, skincare — all with samples so that you can try everything before you buy it. Love it.

The staff is helpful, and it’s kind of like if Heaven had a make-​up store, then this would be it.

This Sephora is definitely my favorite store in the city, and I’ve been shopping there since the first day they opened. I have not once had a negative experience. The customer service at this Sephora is absolutely exceptional. I have a positive experience every time I visit. The employees are friendly, helpful, and know their products. They never push products on you, but are excited about the makeup they sell and are happy to tell you about new lines, shades, and give advice about what will work best for you. I almost always come away with samples and with more makeup than I intended to buy.

Walking into Sephora is like walking into make-​up heaven. They have a great selection of brands and, best of all, you can try out all the make-​up before you buy it. Being able to try everything out makes it perfect for everyone, especially for people who are a little hesitant or unsure when it comes to make-​up because they can see how the colors appear on their skin. The staff here is also great. They are always very friendly and very helpful. It has taken me a few times (and a few different staff members) to find the perfect shade of red lipstick. I thought it couldn’t be done, but fortunately there was one employee who knew the exact shade I was describing and showed me how to get that color and make it stay vibrant all day.
