What I really appreciated was their impeccable customer service. I spoke to the customer service reps at the main distribution center as I had some questions, and I ordered directly from them. They were so kind and very helpful! I will definitely order from Titan again soon and highly recommend them!

I ordered a fitness rack, and one piece came in time but the second piece got shipped to California first and I was hoping to have it set up this week but note have to wait a until Monday, is wed mind you. I live twenty minutes away from the warehouse and it ends up going through California. It has to do more with FedEx.

I bought a HD-​Pull-​up bar and when it arrived the box was damaged from shipping. it looked like the bar had fallen out in transit, as there was a hole in the side of the box. I only received the brackets. I emailed them at 9pm MST and to my surprise, the replied within 20 mins!
They shipped a bar to me by 9am the next day!
Great service and will be ordering from them again!
Oh, and the product is very heavy duty and powder coated nicely!

Terrible customer service. They kept telling me a product was back ordered and that it would be a few more days. They gave me a hard time about getting my money refunded. Twenty days and still no product or refund. I wish there were negative stars. The worst.

I bought their clamp on bucket receiver hitch, it was poorly made, the ball mounts would not go into the receiver portion of the hitch the opening was made 1 15⁄16 at top and 2÷1÷8 at bottom, ball mounts had to be ground on the edges to go into the receiver, the hitch does not contact either the front of the bucket or the rear of the bolt on blade, so no matter how tight you turn the clamp it, slides around on the bucket and twists and angles while trying to place a trailer. The warrantee is only good if you don’t use the product, what a disappointment. Buy elsewhere!!!
