I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. It’s fabulous for anyone with a little one in their life! I tell everyone I know to shop here. They have a great selection of gently used clothes. They also have great eco friendly products. Since coming here I rarely shop for my toddler anywhere else! The only things I buy her are shoes, but that is after I go here first. I would say they don’t always have my daughters size in shoes, but I have bought her shoes from here when they do have some in her size. If you haven’t been here before there are worth a look, because I can’t go in there without buying at least 2 items!

A reasonably priced, clean, organized kids clothing, feeding, cloth diapering and babywearing store PLUS toys and artvsupplies. Monthly cloth diaper and babywearing workshops. I was shopping so often decided to work there PT!

I ordered a few items online for an upcoming baby shower. Simple enough, right? The next day, I got a call from one of their managers, letting me know that they were out of stock of one of the items(it hadn’t been marked as back-ordered because the registry wasn’t completed through The Nesting House). Not only did they notify me immediately, they also worked with me personally to find replacement items(at the same price point!) and shipped them to me in time for the shower. The products are obviously adorable, but the customer service was really what put them over the top in my mind. I’ll definitely be calling them the next time I’m looking for a baby shower gift!

Love this store and the concept behind it. I enjoy bringing in my son’s clothes knowing that another baby will be able to get some use out of them. And the prices and very reasonable. I got my son a pair of Ralph Lauren jeans and a button up shirt for $ 7. I will be going back soon.

I want to like The Nesting House, and in theory I do. In fact, I had a really nice experience the first time I visited the Collingswood store to buy my toddler her first pair of shoes. The guy behind the counter was helpful, friendly and generally what customer service should be like. Tonight we returned to shop for shoes once again, but this time there was a woman behind the counter who hardly acknowledged our presence. I examined the shoes for a while and didn’t see the size I was looking for so I inquired if this was all that was in stock and I received a 1 word answer. No further help about when they’d be getting more in — nothing. Another woman came into the store and she wasn’t greeted either. This place has a great selection, but the environment really wasn’t conducive to sticking around and shopping.

Adorable, well-stocked consignment and sustainably-produced clothing and products for kids. I LOVEIT. They had a large selection of impeccably kept kids consignment clothing. I would put my daughter in any of the stuff they had– it was super nice and all very current. No outdated duds here! I got 8 pieces for my daughter, 24 months/2T for $ 33. There’s no way I could do that even at Target… and the labels are all Gap, Zutano, Carters… The guy running the store was also super nice– even though they closed at 6pm they stayed open so I could shop for a few minutes, and he told me that their buyers are all very selective, and because they buy the clothing outright instead of taking clothes on consignment, buyers get awesome deals and a large selection… Seriously, I want one of these stores in Frederick. Please please please.
