Recently refreshed so it’s a nice place to hit on the way into Saint Louis.

It is a clean discount grocer that is somehow affiliated with Trader Joes. The people at this store are exceptionally nice. At most discounters you get poly-syllabic grunts. Here they smile and have conversations. They also take you too the items you can not find. They have good prices on staples. Items my family likes include: 12 grain bread, Non-fat greek yogurt, tortillas, most canned goods, Brie cheese tubes(Seasonal, and 1.00 cheaper than TJ), also German specialty items. Some have excellent German beer. They do have a 25 cent lock on grocery carts. Kind of a pain to get a cart, but none are loose on the parking lot either. You do need to bring your own bags, or plan on buying them there.
