This inspector does not know the difference between a grease stain and water damage, between a 4 month old roof and a 5 – 10 year old roof, does not know how to unlatch a gate, does not know how to run a Kitchenaid dishwasher, and apparently fancies himself a structural engineer who can not tell the difference between out of plumb walls and a room that has settled with risk of structural integrity. He caused the sale of our house to fall through due to numerous INCORRECT statements in his report. Beware!
