My experience with Viviano Heating & Air was nothing short of exceptional. Their tech arrived on time, was very pleasant, polite and explained my issue with my AC unit in terms that were easy for me to understand. It turned out to be a fairly minor maintenance issue and he didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I did opt in for their maintenance program, but by my own desire, not because the tech pushed it on me (he barely mentioned it, in fact).
I would definitely recommend Viviano Heating & Air to others.

First time they came out, I thought they did a good job fixing the furnace and telling me of some things to try if it stopped working again. About 2 months later it stopped working and I called them up. The guy that came out said that the first guy was full of it, and that the furnace was dead. Still charged me for a service call. Their salesman was supposed to come out later that evening but he never showed up and he never called back. Now I’m out the cost of 2 service calls for this year, and the cost for the furnace, and they don’t have the common courtesy to call me and let me know they can’t make it and to try and reschedule. Viviano’s will not be getting my business again.
