Was a loyal and pretty happy customer for many years, however they recently mixed my shirts with somebody else’s and wanted me to accept the other ugly and cheap shirts as my own. The true test of customer service comes when a situation like this comes up and how the owner deals with it, and she failed miserably. NO consideration for being a long time customer, so I will never go there again.

Why is it so hard to find a good tailor these days? The one star is due to TERRIBLE customer service. To make a long story short, I needed alterations and they did not even start work on it for nearly two months, and they were very rude. I came in the first week of April trying to get alterations for a tricky garment. They said it would take a while because it was difficult work and they had many Prom dresses to alter. I said that’s fine, I just need it by June. They said it would be ready in a month. I called back in 5 weeks and they said they had not been able to get to it yet, call back in a week. I called back in two weeks, they said it was still not done and they yelled at me over the phone! They kept repeating how it was so hard, and they are so busy, and I should stop bothering them. That is not how you treat customers. I decided to come in and speak to them face to face, and they were very rude again. I said I would take the garment somewhere else, and they laughed at me and said no one would do it. They promised they would get to it this week. When I told the story to my husband later that day, he was very upset they would treat me that way. He made a few calls, and found someone that would do the alterations. When he went to go pick up the garment, he said they laughed at him too. These people do not deserve your business.

THEWORST customer service ever! the old lady is such a monster. I had to take back my pants not only coz they quoted me a very high price, but also because the rude ladies kept slamming the phone on me. Such idiots. they dont deserve to run a business.

I took two brand new shirts here to be tailored. They hit me over the head by charging me $ 36. Hahahahahaha are you kidding me? And further more they didn’t even have the curtesy to press them for me. I picked them up a wrinkled mess! I wasn’t going to get into an argument with them and embarrass the both of us but what I will do is never go back there. Ridiculous!

I don’t normally review dry cleaners but I was told by local Indians that they are awesome at dry cleaning traditional Indian clothes. My SO had some saris and pashminas she needed cleaned and they did a great job on clothes that can sometimes be difficult for your standard dry cleaning service. They even did a short turn-around Tuesday-Friday for almost 11 items! Recommended, at least for indian clothes.

Oh Estoril, how I miss you! I moved further north so now this place is too far and inconvenient to get to. But for any of you nearby, I highly recommend this place! The people who run the shop are extremely friendly, honest and accommodating. One time I left a skirt there I’d forgotten about for a year! And one day while I was in there, the woman found it for me and we laughed about it together. Most places probably would have thrown it out or been pissed that I never picked it up. Many times I’ve gone in at the last minute with a dress I needed for an event and they were able to pull through with an alteration or dry cleaning and get it to me in time. They are very professional and fairly priced. I would trust them with any item of clothing and feel confident it would come back to me perfectly altered or dry cleaned. They have a second location in Edison as well. The people there are not quite as friendly but the results are all the same– excellent!
