Laundry Chute Express

This Laundromat is always clean, and always being cleaned, there’s never a time they aren’t keeping it clean for us. Even when busy always will find a washer and dryer. This is definitely a go to.

The laundromat itself is very clean. I have yet to go there and find any unavailable washers or driers (perhaps because I don’t go at peak times). None the less, I found the employee who was working at the time of my visit, Thursday 1÷28÷2016 between 8:00 PM & 9:00 PM to be very inappropriate. She was talking on speaker phone to who I assume was her significant other because she referred to him as «babe» about him bringing her «pads”/sanitary napkins! She was explaining to him how she only has one pad left and she’s working until 11:00 PM, and how she needed the larger size as opposed to the thinner ones which her boyfriend found at the store. As a woman I am totally understanding of the situation but seriously she couldn’t go into the little office with the detergents to have this conversation? And the fact that she was having this conversation on speaker phone for all of the laundromat to hear was simply priceless! One more thing I should note is that I dropped off a coat for dry cleaning and got an email the next day (Friday) saying it was ready. I stopped in Sunday night (5:00 PM) to pick it up and was given an attitude saying it’s not ready. Why are you sending emails to people saying their order is ready if it’s not? Whatever, their dry cleaning is only $ 12 bucks so that’s good but you get what you pay for with their crappy service.

I have been using Laundry Chute for the past 7 years. I have tried several other wash and fold services and by far Laundry Chute is the best-​i won’t go anywhere else ! I love how they hang dry my pants and tops so that I leave with my clothes on hangers with plastic bags. This way I can just place the hangers in my closet when I get home. Their folding is impeccable! They also will not mix bags (i have gone to other places where even though my stuff and my son’s stuff were in separate bags, they end up in the same plastic bag after being washed and folded) which makes putting the laundry away so much easier! Did i mention that they usually have a 24 hour turn over? Thank you for your wonderful service !

Had very bad experience from last 2 visits … Rude staff at night they just insult u when u go just 2 mins late last laundry at 10pm we reached 10:02 instead explaining she just denied insulting way … This is not it there’s more to come… Very next day we reached at 9:45 PM again they said we r close !!$)&&$& BS it’s just 9;45, rude, non friendly Staff at night… don’t get insulted going in night !!!

Awsome Service Today. My First Time Using A LaundroMat. Had Issues With My Washer. Great Service. My Cloths Were Done In A Decent Amount Of Time. Perfectly Folded & Hung. Might Just Come Here Instead From Now On Instead.
