If I could put a 0 I would. They tried to take me for 2400.00 dollars before my test (MRI) or my insurance was billed. I was told to set up a payment plan before the test would be given, really? Bad policy practice. Thank god for blue cross and blue shield! They told me what they were up to. No good! Do your home work people! When I called back no one was able to give me a straight answer. I didn’t just fall off a turnip truck. I canceled the appointment and glad I did. St Francis Hospital is way cheaper than that for an MRI and they are in the network too. Jesus is there any wonder the health care system is in the crapper! It’s a walk in. Suppose to be less expensive. Greed.

I needed to get a CT scan done and this was the closest place to get it done. The folks at my Drs office wanted to send me across town, and I said there is got to be some place closer. And they came up with this place. Well when I got there it wasn’t hard to find as I have been by it many times but never payed any attention to the place. Walked in and signed in then grabbed a seat. A couple of minutes later they called me to the desk to fill out some info, then told me it would be about ten minutes before they took me back. When called back to get the CT scan was rather quick and I was done in less then five minutes. Everyone there knew what their job was and did it well. So if I’m in need of any more types of imaging done I will be requesting to go here as it is close to home and they are fast git you in out.
