Max and Alex are professional and have quickly returned my orders. There has only been one minor uploading issue, and it was resolved quickly with no disruption or delay in service. My orders have ranged from 500+ copies of a 32 page magazine to mailers and everything in between. They are an excellent business to be working with and I will continue to work with them in the future.

Every once in a blue moon one comes across a business who does all of the little things right. Returning phone calls, greeting you with a smile, remembering your order history and shaking your hand when you stop by are just a few things the good folks Update Printing do on a daily basis. I’ve been working with Mike and his crew since the early 80’s. They’re consistent in everything they do. Mike also gives back to several local non-​profits in Colorado Springs. Great guy with a big heart.
On a side note, the negative reviews posted about this business are absolutely absurd. Their older review, deranged woman, sounds unstable. Mr. Kimberlin, most recent review, attempted a half hearted extortion tactic. Not only is his review false but he neglected to mention he attempted to pick a fight with Mike and called back several minutes later to call a female staff member a word I cannot even repeat. Real classy fellow.
Take a closer look at Update Printing and you will be pleasantly suprised. They produced my business cards, brochures and stationary. Always right, always the right price.
