We have used Sally Jacobs, a AAA Travel Agent at the Colorado Springs office, for many years ever since we started cruising many years ago. Ms. Jacobs has always been extremely helpful and has always answered our questions clearly and completely. I would recommend Ms. Jacobs for your travel needs without hesitation.

A direct line or voicemail would go a long ways to improving customer service.

I’ve been a member of AAA for 35 years. I especially like AAA Colorado’s new Colorado Springs office. They are friendly and helpful with anything travel related.

I’ve been a AAA member for awhile. This office has been here as long as I have, and the staff is friendly and overall helpful — gotta love the free State maps we get with our membership! We ran out of gas due to a hilarious miscalculation last year, and AAA came to the rescue. Though they estimated a 45 minute wait, the towing company arrived with a gallon of gas within 25 minutes. We even bought our car through AAA’s Auto Source. The type of vehicle we wanted is popular in these parts and was hard to find a used one in good condition. We found one and instead of haggling with the out-of-town dealership and paying for undisclosed fees, we called AAA to buy it on our behalf. AAA shipped our vehicle to us for a test drive and we bought it. The vehicle arrived pre-inspected. AAA is great if you’d like a bit of hand-holding! Only downside is yearly membership is on the pricey side.
