My first ever Unilocal review because I have never before been so unsatisfied with a business.
I had a zipper replaced on a boot. Originally, The zipper went down to the sole of the boot. I have had it replaced twice before at different shops without problem.
Instead of telling me they couldn’t replace the zipper all the way to the sole, they sowed in a piece of cloth that is a different color and texture from the rest of the boot. This cloth also bulges into the boot and irritates my foot when I walk. There was no communication regarding this decision.
To add: the sewing is messy, there was a tear in the boot that was not there before, it took 10 days to turn around, and it was not cheap. Womp womp

Great little shop! Reasonable prices, high quality work, honest recommendations and super fast turn around.
I will be a customer for life!
Only wish is that they were open on Saturdays.
