This place has an abundance of rude and unprofessional staff. My recommendation is to avoid this over priced shop.

I have had a few friends who also had their cars repaired there and they were also very happy with the quality of work. I read a review where the people were not happy with the time that it took to get the vehicle back. I would rather a shop take care of everything right and not have to bring it back a second time.

I don’t think I have ever written a bad review in my life, but our experience at Blosser’s was nothing short of appalling and insulting, and people need to be spared what we went through. The staff is dishonest, belligerent, and accusatory. My husband and I took our car there to get an ongoing problem fixed… a problem that we inherited from the previous owners as the car was not new when we bought it. The car was pulling hard to the right and the steering wheel was shimmying quite violently. When my husband took the car in to get an estimate, they quoted us $ 800 to have these problems fixed. My husband and I definitely don’t have $ 800 laying around, but figured we had no choice, and trusted the staff at Blosser’s to fix the car properly. When we picked up the car(at 10pm at night, because of my husband’s work schedule,) the car was still pulling hard to the right and the wheel was still shimmying as it had before. Unfortunately, because of when we had to pick up the car, and since my husband and I left early the next morning for a work trip, we were unable to take the car back right away. My husband called the staff at Blosser’s the next day to let them know that we would be bringing the car back when we could, but that we’d be leaving town and wouldn’t be able to do so right away. One morning, I was leaving early for a morning appointment and quickly realized after driving down the road a bit that my front right tire was flat. After looking at it, it was clear that the tire had completely shredded from the inside because of the car STILL pulling hard to the right. As soon as we got back into town, we took the car in. This is when things go from bad to appalling. We had to drop the car off again at 10pm at night because of my husband’s work schedule. The next morning, one of their staffers named Chuck called us and immediately began accusing my husband of being dishonest and hitting a curb, which absolutely did not happen. Like I said, I know nothing about cars, but looking at that flat tire, it was clear that the damage happened over a period of time… not as a result of a one time impact. Chuck even went as far as to cuss at my husband, using the«F» word and calling him an «ass hole.» My husband was so taken aback that he eventually just hung up on him after realizing he couldn’t reason with him. I called back later that day and spoke with Mike, another staffer, and he was extremely passive aggressive. He didn’t go to the extreme of cussing and yelling at me, but he also wasn’t able to be reasoned with. He denied accusing us of anything… while still implying that we had hit a curb… which again… absolutely DIDNOTHAPPEN. They eventually agreed to look at the car for us, but we concluded that we couldn’t trust them to do any further work on the car. So, $ 800 and two frustrating phone conversations later, we picked up the car from Blossers and took it to Bob Hellum’s. Bob Hellum doesn’t usually do body work but worked with us because he felt bad for all we had been through at Blosser’s. He could see that Blosser’s didn’t do the work that they had charged us $ 800 for. So, moral of the story, stay away from Blosser’s.

I had my roof repainted here. The father/son team that runs the place came across as trustworthy, approachable and knowledgeable. I’m a woman, and they treated me with respect. They explained things well but with no condescension. I even ran across a mechanic while I was there, and he was very friendly and upbeat. Also, I needed a rental car, so they called Enterprise to pick me up, and then, on drop-off, they called Enterprise again to let them know I was leaving the rental at Blosser’s. They completed the service on time and did a good job. The one thing I’d suggest is not planning on waiting at the location for a long repair unless you don’t mind sitting right in front of the reception desk. The office is small. The exterior also could use an update, in my opinion, which concerned me at first, but I was put at ease once I met the people working there.
