Customer service was great!!! My car was wrecked during the Summer and it took 5 weeks to get it back. Basically all of the same parts that were involved in the Summer accident were wrecked again in November. I went to Caliber because the place I had went to previously stated it would be a month before they could even look at it. I then decided to go with Caliber in Castle Rock. They transported my car to the Colorado Springs location and had it sent back to Castl a Rock. I got my car back with 10days. They did a great job!!! The inside of the car was detailed and a lot cleaner than when I dropped it off. Thank you!

Customer Service is the BEST. My car was involved in a fender-​bender and Caliber Collision was where GEICO sent me for an estimate and repairs, although the repairs part could have been done anywhere I chose. After my first five minutes with the estimator I knew I was going to have the work done there.
Every person I encountered was friendly, helpful and made what could have been a unpleasant experience a very good one.
They kept me informed via calls and texts as to the progress of my repairs and the vehicle was ready for pick up the next day – all clean and looking great.
I hope I don’t need them too often but if I am ever in need they are my ONLY CHOICE.

Must say its nice to be treated like you are important to the company. Like they really want your business. The staff at Caliber are fantastic. Jessica knows what she is doing. From the estimate to keeping you up to date on how the car is progressing through the repair. I will recommend everyone I know to them …

When I dropped off my car they told me they would be in touch. They went over my email and phone number. After not hearing from them for 3 days, we finally called them. They had my car for a week. Their communication was extremely poor. Thinking I was leaving with my car, they had not sealed a part of the replacement. How annoying that they wouldn’t do it right the first time.

I was sideswiped by another vehicle and brought my vehicle here as they were one of the Geico approved facilities. I spoke with Jessica Lockwood, a service advisor and asked her if I could leave the vehicle and have them shuttle me back to work. She told me their shuttle was unavailable today but she could shuttle me tomorrow. I politely told her that wouldn’t work as I needed to get back to work today so if unfortunately have to take it to a different facility. She got visibly angry and started shaking her head in disgust as she walked away mumbling things under her breath. I was shocked at how she handled it as I was super polite. Unfortunately, negative employees ruin things for a whole business.

We had a very good experience here this week– friendly, helpful, clear service, excellent communication, seamless coordination with our insurance company (Geico), and they did very good work. They also hand washed and vacuumed my car which made me extremely happy (sometimes it’s the little things)!
