Great place for my pup! The people who work there are mainly young adults. They really seem to love the dogs. They were very open to tours when we first started. I was worried about how my pit bull/​Am Staff pup would be received, because she’s so high energy. They were great.
My pup broke out of the backyard one day not too long ago. A very nice person found her and called Camp Bow Wow because she had a Bow Wow tag on her collar. The staff figured out who the dog belonged to and called us. They were just great. Can’t say enough good things.

Outstanding boarding facility! Extremely friendly staff, very clean facility, and they were very accommodating to my changing travel/​boarding needs. I will definitely use there services whenever I’m in CO Springs… highly recommend!

I can’t say enough how happy I am with Camp Bow Wow East! We can go on vacation knowing our dog is safe, and well taken care of. I also love the ability to watch her on the doggie cam, playing with the other dogs there!

My fur-​senior goes to daycare 4 days every week here. He is starting to act like he’s Camp Bow Wow VIP because he always lunges behind the counter eager to play with his buddies. They open at 7 am and sometimes I get here 5 – 10 minutes earlier, however there is always someone that checks him in even before hours. Many promotions and packages are offered, including a military discount. The fees are reasonable, and I like that the boarding fee includes all day play where other facilities may charge as an extra service. Also, Camp Bow Wow has a policy to separate large dogs from small dogs which is beneficial for some owners. Multiple cameras are set up that are viewable online, and you can see that the play areas are well maintained and clean. Not the biggest nor fanciest facility I’ve seen but is convenient, reliable, priced fairly, and the staff is friendly. Best surprise I got was when I looked at the webcams one afternoon and saw my dog among the other little ones wearing sweaters to keep warm in the cold. Winning points here for sure on thoughtfulness!

Yes, I’m *that* crazy dog lady — the one who hates going to work only because her dog is alone for too long. I had to make a trip to our Colo Springs office. My Annie loves a road trip, so I found Camp Bow Wow, a few miles from the office. You need to schedule an interview and bring vaccination records your first visit.
The staff is very friendly. The office is clean. They took Annie right away for her interview. Of course she will pass. She’s an overachiever, like her mom.
The best part about leaving her is being able to watch the webcams (download the app) throughout the day. The dogs wander around, frolicking and playing, interacting with the humans.
Annie was exhausted when I picked her up. Mission accomplished. Thanks, Camp Bow Wow, for taking care of my girl!

I hate boarding my dog, but when it has to be done I fully trust Camp Bow Wow. I often email them to check on my pup and they always reply quickly– I also like that they are honest about him and his behavior instead of just telling me what I want to hear (ie: «he still hasn’t eaten his breakfast this morning, but we left it out and will try again later»). The webcams are also a major bonus– there is an app you can download on your phone so you can watch on the go!

We love all of the staff and feel safe leaving our furry kid here. Scranton loves everyone at Camp Bow Wow, especially Allison, Sarah, Andy, Nick! Thank you for being such an awesome place for our boy! :-)

This is the best place to have my 3 dogs «go camping!» Allison, Sarah, Melissa and Andy plus the rest of the staff really put their hearts into their jobs and all 3 of my dogs (including my Bassett hound mix with no eyes) get all excited when I pull in the parking lot. I’m out of town a lot especially weekends and knowing they are in good hands makes my life easier.

I like the flexibility in not having to make a reservation for day care. Very, very friendly staff — who recognize and know my dog even if we haven’t used your services in a while.

Absolutely love this place. My dog loves it — drop off and pick up are super easy and they usually don’t need reservations. Fun to be able to watch my dog interact on the webcam too. This place has it all.

I am very pleased with the services we received at Camp Bow Wow. I have an older dog, while he still is healthy, I worried about leaving him there for a week. The staff at Camp Bow Wow East was so engaging and took great care of my baby! I highly recommend this facility.

So far, very happy with this place. My pup was very unsocialized around other dogs when I first brought her in. The initial «interview» was rough. She had a hard time adjusting and knowing when the other dogs were telling her «ENOUGH»! Staff has been great helping her adjust. She’s good enough to take to the dog park now. No matter how good she is at home, as soon as I pull into the parking lot, she gets overly excited and is ready to go play with her furry friends. Only complaint is that her paws come home smelling like pee and poo. I know the staff is cleaning up after accidents because I’ve watched them on the camera feed. Maybe a twice weekly bleach and scrub of the concrete would help.

I will say, our dog was apprehensive the first four or so times going… probably because there’s a lot going on and a lot of dogs around. Now when he goes, he jumps out of the vehicle and pulls us to go inside. from there he runs to the door so he can go play… and he doesn’t look back :)
The staff is always pleasant and mindful of the dogs. If you’re hesitant, they’ll take you on a tour of the facility and they also have boarding facilities.

Our regular kennel in Boulder was booked, so we decided to board our 7-​month old puppy (neutered & socialized) in the Springs while we completed a four day road trip in the south-​central part of the state. I am so pleased to have found this location of Camp Bow Wow. Sarah was incredibly professional & friendly over the phone (unlike the impression I got from the other Springs location). I was pleased to know she would be the one working the morning we were due to drop off our pup-​pup. Over the next three days, we checked in by phone and online via their web-​cams and could see the staff interacting with the dogs and remaining overall engaged in their purpose. While it breaks our heart to ever have to board our dog, we highly recommend this location & look forward to using them again.

My wife and I love this place… but my dog loves it more. Whenever we pull up to the storefront, my dog starts going crazy — wanting to get out of the car and inside. Often we open the door and he, literally, sprints to the door to get in. For a pup that doesn’t even do that at Petsmart, I think it says something about how great a time it is at Camp Bow Wow.
The staff is always friendly and remembers Lou every time we drop him off. They offer day visits and overnight visits as well as a shower/​trim if needed. We use them for overnight and day visits but the grooming isn’t as competitive, price-​wise, as other places. After an overnight visit, they draft up a report card to let you know how much fun your dog had in his/​her visit.
One of our favorite features of this place is the camera system they have in place. Bored at work? You can check on your pup. Up in the mountains? You can check on your pup. They always have a staff member hanging out with the dogs so they can’t get in too much trouble. We love this feature and when we are missing our Lou-​dog, we always sign on and check the videos out.
I LOVE this place and would encourage anyone who has a social dog to drop in for a visit — I know my dog will appreciate it!

I’m a person who hates boarding my pet, and I worry about her the whole time I’m on vacation. My job has been requiring quite a bit of travel lately, so I decided to give Camp Bow Wow a try.
All in all, I’m very happy with my experience. The staff was extremely friendly to my puppy, and when I went in for my interview, they gave me a full tour of the facility. I got to see where my pup would play (the dogs are segmented by size), and sleep (spacious, individual «cabins»).
During her stay, my puppy was the only one in her cabin, so I was allowed to bring in her crate, blankets and toys to make her space more comfortable.
Throughout her stay, I was able to watch her on the puppy cams, and every time I checked in she was playing and having a good time. I also appreciated the fact that almost every time I looked, a Bow Wow staff person was in with the dogs to check on them, play with them, pet them, etc.
Finally, this place was really clean– they scour the play rooms daily, and my puppy didn’t come home smelling like a barnyard. She was in great shape when she came home, and we’ll definitely be back.
This place is a little on the pricey side, but the peace of mind that Bow Wow provided made it worth it.

This is a nice facility with indoor and outdoor areas. It is very clean and the sleeping kennels are large. The staff is very friendly and the prices are decent. I can tell they are very organized. They gave me a photo of my dogs after their first stay and a report card with each stay. You also get a free daycare visit when you sign up.
