CenturyLink Store

This place is the worst internet services every. They bundle my Directv package with them and now I am pass due a month payment with Directv. It is showing in my USAA bank account that I payed them $ 241.71 a month. How in the hell I am pass due a payment? Internet services is not $ 241.71 a month. If you have there services cancel it. I wish that I read there reviews before I got them for internet. Plus there customer service is bad and have no manners for the customer.

Century Link is a scam. They talked me into leaving DIRECTV and joining them with my internet service and prism TV. The customer service rep on the phone went over the itemized cost per month for TV and Internet service quoting me a price of $ 116 per month tax and fees included. Within a few days CenturyLink sent out an installation guy to install my prism TV and upgrade my modem, after he left I had the original modem from Century Link Internet plus the new modem no internet service. Calling several time and being thrown into the queue for over 30 minutes with no results on getting my internet service fixed. After having this service for only 7 days the service is sub-​par customer service is below average I decided to call and speak to a manager about the problems I was having I’m not receiving internet service and my prism TV blocking on me they randomly sent out a service technician to my home without an appointment I never knew he was coming he just showed up while I was at work! Once this happen I decided to call and speak to a manager in the queue it gives you your latest account information and it said that my account was due in 3 days for $ 160 which is not what the representative told me my monthly expenses with internet in prison TV would be. Being extremely dissatisfied with the poor quality of internet and TV service I decided to cancel prism TV and Internet the CenturyLink representative that I spoke to by the way his name was Rus was very arrogant condescending and rude when I told him I no longer wanted their internet and TV service he then informed me that I would have 30 days to return all of the equipment which is the modem that they left here at my house with a new modem and the prism TV connections but I was not allowed to bring it to their store because it would look poorly upon them that they would be sending me a box and I would have to ship it ups to them and if they didn’t receive it I could be charged up to three hundred and $ 50 per item this is astronomical so today I will be delivering all of the internet and prism TV equipment to my local CenturyLink store. Consumers need to know that CenturyLink is a scam and what they offer you is not what you get and the prices they quote are not what you end up getting billed for. They are a scam they are con artists is there TV service is below average. Totally disgusted customer.
